I booked suite which was in 3rd floor. But from 1st day only we have raised complaint about AC not working upto the mark. They first came and did little something from AC remote and said now it will work fine. But after sometime in night again it stopped working. Next day again same thing happened and we raised complaint, called reception multiple times but nothing helped. Service is not good.

Overall hotel stay is ok bt as per three star rating facilities were not up to the mark.

I have been charged more than showed on app...and at first i have pre paid the money the staff said me to cancel the booking and again book and pay at hotel...not expected

very useless 1-the stain of the bed would have been removed still charged 1200 2-the food was not good at all 3-4 days stay but the room was cleaned 1 day bus 4, i checked-in at 11 pm and this people asked me to check out at 10 am on the day of check out my train was at 1 pm Sagar Hotel is good

One the best Hotel with good satff and facility. Previously i want to book Sagar but due to unavailability i booked cambean and it is best hotel and neat and clean bed toilet. Go for it every time.

Very nice hotel with pure vegetarian option and also rooms are very good and properly maintained as per the price. Food is also delicious.

Not good for college parties, Hall lighting is not so good. Room service is good at costing & cleaning.

Excellent hospitality, comfortable stay, courteous managers, staff. Had booked 15 rooms for stay at durg in January, 2023 along with a la carte breakfast, specifically tailored lunch and dinner menu for my guests coming in from all over India. Everyone enjoyed their stay at Cambean. Special thanks to their GM -Mr. Manas and to our hardworking and truly dedicated RM -Mr. Smarajit Dey who went out of his way to make our stay a memorable one.

Third class mindset. Not even providing dental kit and Tea kits as a complimentary. Which is very low cost products. But Hoel is charging for for the same. At the same time they are charging very high for food. Service Staff was good. But Manager was not good. He was only talking about their rules that we don't provide this. Every hotel provide this small things as a complimentary.

Nice hotel ambience and staff behaviour. Although the breakfast was not that tasty. But that depend on tongue to tongue. Clean and tidy rooms.

Good rooms. Neat and tidy. You want or not if the hotel staff finds that you are not in the room then they will open your room with master key and they will clean it. NO PRIVACY. No wifi connectivity even though they promised free wifi. Breakfast is superb. Parking is available only for maximum 4 cars. You may not be able to park your car. Parking area is like slum.

This hotel provides almost all the facilities equal to five star hotel . Starting from reception to exit day of your stay. Includes complimentary breakfast . Nice room service .Great for family, friends , couples . Can negotiate in tarrif . Near to. Railway station (180 m) can find all shops near to the hotel . I recommend this.

When think to stay in durg with budget friendly its perfact choice just 800 meter from railway station and from food to room all is upto mark There is quite delay for hot water in bathroom else all are good and best

I booked deluxe room but it was not upto the mark because of few things 1. Ac is not working properly 2. There was permanent mark on Room floor which looks really dirty. But breakfast is really good

It was a very good stay at this place. The rooms were well maintained and the bed provided is comfy enough to have long hours of sleep after long journeys. The bathrooms are good too as shown in the photos. It's just that they do not provide kettle and milk powder or tea bags to make hot cup of tea or coffee whenever required. The food is also very good at reasonable prices. But they charge a 10% service fee which they should not according to the new judgement of the supreme court. Rest all, it was a good and satisfactory stay here. Would definitely recommend this place for family as well as couples.

Good for the price they charge. Near to durg train station and one of the best hotel in that area.

They have failed to maintain the standard they started with. They are good with hosting the functions and parties. But the restaurant food is way too expensive as per the locality norms. Paying that much for the food they offer seems worthless. Last time we visited they had filled the starters with excessive red chillies and we had to return all of it, since it wasn't eatable enough.. it happened with most of the dishes. We had to taste before having it.

Deluxe room are spacious more comfortable in this location. You can't find this much spacious room in this location in this tarrif. Interior are alos good. Restaurant available and rates of restaurant is little bit high than local market but if you compare with hotels nearby this is cheaper means value for money. Railway Station is nearby means of walking distance. Not that much close that train sounds coming in room. If you visit outside hotel you will find local market. Executive rooms are also good. Having more space in comparison to other near by hotels. Tarrif of hotel is up to the mark. Parking also available for four wheelers.
