Neat and clean. Escalator and lift was working fine. Platforms are big and clean with ample seating arrangements. Due to Covid lockdown, the number of passengers were less. Parking space is available for all kinds of vehicles. Overall Services are improved and increased the comfort of passengers.

Main line for Munbai Howrah Rail route , it's main junction after Raipur Railway Junction which is Capital city of Chhattisgarh. Almost all train halts are there. This Durg junction is have passengers amenities. It's upgradation is going on to make facilities better for travellers.

The railway station now has ramps and lifts for disabled passengers and has food stalls in almost all platforms. The display boards in all the platforms are working perfectly. The announcements are done in time. The cleanliness is also maintained from time to time. It would have been better if they could have added escalators in every platforms. Or, ramps on other side of platforms.

Very clean & neat station & with enough cleaning staff who are very efficient & makes sure to clean the left out garbage on the platform & on the railways rakes as soon as train departs. Station has all the required amenities from canteen to small drinking stations & good thing is that they even provide battery running vehicle to carry the senior citizens to desired platform.

It has four junction. Station has wheelchair entrains, restrooms and 24x7 hours water supply. To go one plateform to other there is lift, oscillator as well as pathway. There is atm, food stalls and police whom provides security. If you have lost or doubt you can get instant help by railway corporation.
