I came ll the way from Canada to Kharkiv for the Metal East festival. I came by myself and was 4 days early so that i could explore the city. I had found this pub on instagram as i had looked up if there were any metal/rock bars in the city and there were two(the other one sucks). So my first day in Kharkiv with plus 30 C temperatures i found it was around 4pm when this pub opens and i was close by. first off its in a basement which is PERFECT! both for the decor and the coolness. literally it was sooo nice and cool down there! staff were extremely friendly and we worked out our language differences quickly. Pries are great in Ukraine and this place was no exception. only 1 or 2 others there at that time however for me it was perfect. the music being played from the ukraine rock station was mostly 80's cheese that i dont like but for some reason they played all the right cheesy songs plus alot of iron maiden so again it was just perfect. I left after a few pints to try the other "rock" pub. had one beer there and left, nice staff but they were playing pop music.no thanks. really really good although it was my fault for not seeing it had mushrooms which i dont like.went back to kefir and ordered the chicken wrap, anyways Kefir pub became my temporary local and i went there the next 2 nights right at 4pm always warmly greeted, i very welcome there. Finally on the third night i was accosted by some crazy bulgarians who were there for the same festival and one of the guys had actually lived in canada for a number of years. had a great time4 and tried more of the food, the nachos with meat dip and quesadilla. both amazing. definitely different that what you may get at a canadian restaraunt but i found it delicious. in face all my meals outside of the festival were here and it was usually the quesadilla. the nacho chips and meat sauce were also amazing. the chips were like parmesan flavored and i think the meat sauce was ground beef based but again it was amazing. after the fetival i still had 3 more days and i came back here every day to cool off after walking the city. If i ever make it back this is the only pub i will be going to. nice and cool. super friendly staff and very attractive waitresses ;) great food although i kept to the mexican type fare, very interesting decor which i loved. it felt like i was at home in my own basement!!! PERFECT!

Entering this bar I saw the picture of Ozzy and was expecting something extravagant. I was not disappointed at all. The design is pretty simple, however, the writings on the wall from the visitors make it somehow good, although some of them are not that pleasant. There is a bunch of football scarfs, which can be interesting and probably there can be a live music, but at that time the background music was fitting perfectly for the drinking. The grape cider is just amazing and chicken wings were delicious, but the amount kinda let me down. Overall I would definitely go back.

Say I'm biased, because I'm an old rocker, but I like places like this a lot, probably because there are fewer and fewer of them ... In any case, in addition to beer, of course, with the sounds of the good old rock, you can drink good coffee here, enjoy sporting events on two large TVs, and to eat. 😊

Nice pub, extremely friendly staff! Good foof and several Ukranian beers. They helped us book a taxi, and when it was delayed they kept the place open for us and made sure we got safely back to the hotel.

My friend said there is very tasty Pita. It was completely different from original recipe. They changed just name of the Pub. Previous was better, with the same design. Do not order Israelian Pita there!!! I won't go there one more time.

Nice local pub. There is no foreigner customers only ukrainian and everybody is friendly and polite. My favorite plane in kharkow.

Pleasant kitchen, cozy atmosphere. Minus one star for smoking room in the toilet.
