Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit großen Zimmern und freundlichem Personal. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und wird sogar bis 11 Uhr serviert. Die Lage ist gut. Die Zimmer sind sauber, geräumig und praktisch ausgestattet. Das Bad neu, der Zimmerservice arbeitet prima. Checkout war bei mir um 12 Uhr, also sehr entspannt. Im Hotel ist eine Bar, in der leider geraucht wird. Einzig sonst: die Betten sind etwas hart. Das Wlan funktioniert übrigens einwandfrei mit gutem Datendurchsatz. Alles in allen ein Hotel mit lokalem Charme.

This was an excellent hotel in a convenient location in Kharkiv - very close to the best shopping and dining in the city, and walking distance from the center. The rooms and the suites are all very large and very comfortable, with nice amenities and everything we needed to feel at home. Every staff member was phenomenal. Everybody spoke very good English, and they were all so sweet and eager to help with anything we needed. The housekeepers did a great job as well, as we returned to a spotless room each night. The lobby bar is open 24 hours per day, and we ordered late night room service one night and had a great experience with that as well - it arrived hot and the portions were huge. We were debating between this place and the Palace Hotel, and I can confidently say there is no reason to spent twice as much to stay elsewhere. Overall we had a great stay and found this place to be an excellent value; would not hesitate to stay there again.

Hotel I prefer to stay when in Kharkiv. Service and accommodation are at high level.
