Highly recommended. Friendly staff who knows English and are sympathetic and helpful with any concern you may have. Centrally located to the best restaurants (Nika's stands out), parks, museums and onion domed churches. Room was clean and furnished with classic furniture from the Napoleonic era. Window balcony and door opens to thriving university crowd where late into the evening often you can hear Russian singing and on Sunday morning the ringing of church bells. Also the staff can clean and iron your suits, and offer the best breakfast menu I've ever experienced in a hotel. When I return, I'll come here again

Very satisfied with this hotel, stay there every time. Beds are amazingly comfortable, breakfasts delicious, staff friendly and always eager to help.

Good hotel, clean and proper. Nice choice of breakfasts. A bit pricey though but was a last minute booking. When got the keys, arrived in the room that wasn’t clean - quickly returned back to the reception and got fixed. Also, only 1 pack of towels / hotel stuff was available in the room but I was offered to get 1 extra. Nice spot in the city center, four out of five.

Very good hotel, cleaned, staff gentle and very good English speaking. Price also good for the service provided. Restourant also excellent. Only pain point the long waiting time for break fast which start from 8 o'clock. Other things very good also position very central close to the opera

It's an european hotel with a good meal and standard rooms, when you do not need extra luxury you should book room here. I recommend this place!

Nice place to stay. Cosy rooms are France-style decorated, clean with new furniture. Staff are friendly and ready to help. I strongly recommend trying breakfast!
