I must say. This place is the one of the best please you can stay over here. Staff so friendly and helpfull. I will come back back again and also to see the cat name peach 😻😻😻also I would like to thank you Alina from reception and waiteress working in the restaurant 👏👏👏

Everything was good, perfect staff, good breakfast! We were travelling in a group of 10 people and I want to express my gratitude to the professional staff of the hotel. The service was perfect and we were even served dinner despite the late hour of our arrival. There were all necessary utilities in the room - the bathrobe, the slippers and everything you need for a pleasant stay. The parking of the hotel is closed so we didn't have any worries about our cars. So in general I highly rate and highly recommend this property.

Victoria hotel is cosy and ideally located in peaceful surroundings of city centre (20 mins walk). The hotel staff is very cooperative and responsive especially Katerina and Andrew. Overall, my 25 days (Feb 2021) stay at the hotel was excellent.

Great hotel! Clean, modern and friendly staff who spoke English. Delicious breakfast buffet served from 8-11 and check out at 12 pm. Free WiFi and a spa with massages available. Would have given 5 stars if it was located more centrally but uber was cheap to and from to get about.

For a 4 Star Hotel is is a bit so so. This Hotel have had the seen the best times. But for the price you could as well not more expecting.

There was nothing functional, no pool no restaurant no bar. Yet every request made came with a 10% fee on the receipt. Also missed my train cos there was no taxi due to the weather and location. It was really exasperating. But the staff is friendly and they don't speak English which was another huge set back.

The standard is already an old hotel, well maintained in terms of cleanliness, but not updated ... also minus the cost, breakfasts are acceptable.

Room and bath size are good. Breakfest is acceptable. Not far from the city center.

BEWARE!!! I LEFT MY VALUABLES AT THE RECEPTION IN THE HOTEL SAFE!!!, BECAUSE THE SAFE IN MY ROOM WAS BROKEN. TWO DAYS LATER ON MY RETURN TO THE HOTEL AFTER BEING OUT FOR THE NIGHT, THE NIGHT PORTER GAVE ME MY SMALL POUCH BACK. MY PASSPORT WAS THERE BUT ALL OF MY CASH 1000 EUROS WAS GONE. THE POLICE WERE CALLED AND ON THE VIDEO IT SHOWED THE NIGHT PORTER TAKING MY POUCH FROM THE SAFE AND GOING TO THE BACK ROOM AND GOING THROUGH MY POUCH. AS THE VIDEO IS POOR QUALITY AND I DID NOT SAY HOW MUCH CASH I HAD IN MY POUCH I AM AT A LOSS OF 1000 EUROS. ALSO I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE POLICE TO GET BACK TO ME. BUT I THINK THE MONEY IS LONG GONE. THERE IS A POLICE REPORT ON THIS THEFT. THIS IS A TRUE STORY!!
