I was basically very happy with the hotel. The breakfast cost 150 per morning, but the quality was good and it was a buffet. The rooms were good and the conserve was food as well.

Great location, nice and friendly staff. I was on 12th floor so i enjoyed a really nice wiev. I had a old room without air conditioner but it was not hot inside even I expected it. At the end price was more than fine.

A good place to stay on a budget but keep your smart phone if you have a laptop it might not work there. The wifi they had there only my tracfone android worked. But good breakfast they have is near the lobby and make sure you tell them your room number and show them your key. Its a perfect location near the underground subway and near the University and Freedom Square is perfect for walking distance to see.

Ein gutes Hotel, preiswert. Alles Nötige war da, täglichen Zimmerservise 😊. Vorallem, sehr zentral gelegen . Vieles ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar , sehr effizient 👍. Empfehlenswert .

The room is OK but as far as the service in the restaurant goes it is not 4 star hotel for sure. Lots of staff working basically only communicating with each other. They offer something and forget to get your order at breakfast time (I waited for my scrambled eggs 3 days in a row and never got them! 3rd day I pressed contiuously and nicely about the order and they came finally only to tell me there are no eggs). The staff needs a good manager to administer them, teach them to be a bit more communicative with the guest and his needs. Good luck.

It's good for budget travelers. My dislikes were the lack of an iron and the restaurant in the first floor is nothing to write home about. You are better of buying food elsewhere, but I still enjoyed my night and loved my stunning view of Kharkov from my window.

“Everything about the hotel is superb. On a scale of 1 to 10 where 10 is excellent, I give it 11. They found me a shoe repairer. Service, help, food, are ourstanding. Use of computer was a bonus.”
