Nice hotel, clean, quiet, and close walking to everything around the City center. Included breakfast buffet was great each morning. Staff was excellent, and all speak very good English too.

Although it was good during my past 9 days (service, food, beds), today of all days when I have the most important medical treatment of all, all the guests (even those that got into my tiny elevator!) were not wearing any facemasks whilst walking around and hovering over the breakfast buffet. I asked some of them to wear them for their own safety as well as others, and they rudely said no. The hotel says they are keeping COVID measures, but when I complained the only comment of reception was that "staff is wearing masks". Of course it does not help to put up a sign that everyone needs to wear a face mask if you do not at least remind your guests of that rule when they do not comply. I'm normally not so difficult but I thought that minimum they would agree and take immediate action. So far none has been taken, which is quite disappointing. I stayed at this hotel the evening I arrived in Ukraine on the 02.10.2020 for three nights approximately. I found the front desk to be welcoming and the three front desk personnel whom I met over the course of my stay namely Elena, Aliona, and Marina (I think) to be cable English speakers and they could actually hold a conversation. This was one of my main concern - communication. For the most of my stay, I was on the 5th floor. The hotel was very quiet, which was good, it had a free WiFi and the room itself was very clean. The one thing I forgot to take with me on my journey was a travel adapter and the front desk were able to lend me a couple during the duration of my stay to which I am most grateful. In the room was a large flat screen on the wall and with the exception of CNN, all the other channels were in the local language. I was informed by the front desk, that the hotel is approximately twenty minutes from Kharkov Airport by road. My only gripe is the breakfast was not very filling. I found the menu limited in terms of food choice and a little confusing but overall my stay here was good. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

It was a great experience to stay in this hotel. We were lucky! Clean room and very kind staff. Most of them can speak English and the location was perfect for us as tourists where alots of attractions are near by.Sure we will visit again in spring and will recommend our friends as well.
