Just perfect for a short stop during your travels. Staff is friendly, breakfast is nice too. It's not a luxury hotel, but we enjoyed our stay. Metro is also close, so you can go to the city center quite fast.

I stayed in February and I'm still here :)) Hotel is in excellent localization: close to the metro station, a lot of bars and restaurants. It was always very clean and warm, despite the fact that i visited Kharkiv in winter time. Staff was extremely helpful and had no problems with any requests, or even that we had come back so late, very kind and polite. Very neat and clean room. Bed was huge and comfortable. Breakfasts were brought to the room. Good wifi. A very pleasant experience overall, can warmly recommend and would stay here again myself.

After a long stay in Turkey, I arrived in Kharkov. Now, before the New Year was not easy to find a good hotel, but I was lucky. Pre-booked on the site - I come and have a room waiting for me. For the low price I received wonderful service. Hotel in the center, in a busy area. Room comfortable, clean, spacious. Large comfortable bed, nice linens. The staff were friendly and helpfol, they also spoke very good Englisch. Russian language I have not forgotten, but the hotel is a big plus! I want to thank the hotel for their warm welcome and comfortable accommodation. I advise everyone to this particular hotel.

Nice hotel. I’m giving it 4 instead of 5 for a few reasons: - it’s very stuffy in the room and we only had one small window which opened towards the road so by morning it was rather loud - the toilet was dripping a bit Other then that, everything was pretty nice. - nice to have breakfast included. You had three chooses to choose from: two types of eggs and a some type of grain with sausages. There was also a buffet for drinks, sweets and yogurt. - the staff is friendly I arrived early for checkin and so worked in the cafe for a few hours before my room was ready. Early check in costs extra and I didn’t need it since I had to work anyway.

Nice and clean place, spacious suites, friendly staff. The only downside is the lack of the elevator, which may matter for those carrying heavy suitcases when given a room on the 4th floor. Good value for money, bottom line.

Nice and polite staff. Always asked me if I need to clean the room. Big rooms. Breakfest is not attractive to much and wify is weak. The location is good and accesible. Also there is an option to get the discount for the second visit.

It's the best hotel to be in kharkiv, Ukraine! I love it! It's special because I am spending time with my girlfriend here) clean rooms, polite staff and nice area, like everything is nearby.

Everything DECENT and acceptable. Check in check out little difficult because of management rules but decent. Privat bank terminal problems on there side and they are taught blame all problems on the other person. It's ukraine. Of course it isn't 4 star as advertised but again it's Ukrainian hotel..

In my opinion the hotel doesn't meet the price. A little bit old equipment in the room, doesn't have table for work (only small low coffee table), not a delicious dinner.

I had a great stay. The room downstairs are renovated and very pleasant. The staff is adorable and caring
