Worst
hotel
experience
ever.
Zero
hospitality,
A
series
of
bad
experiences
that
I
will
mention
in
a
chronological
order.
1)
First
we
arrived
to
the
address
at
night
and
stood
for
around
15mins
wondering
how
to
enter
the
building
(noting
that
they
have
a
surveillance
camera
pointed
at
the
gate
we
were
in
front).
Only
after
calling
their
number
we
managed
to
go
into
the
yard
of
the
hotel.
2)
No
one
came
to
help
us
with
the
luggage,
we
had
to
take
them
2
floors
up
on
the
stairs
(the
only
way
to
access
the
hotel,
no
elevator)
3)
No
breakfast
included,
no
refill
for
the
bottle
of
water,
you
have
to
buy
it.
4)
you
have
to
ask
for
wifi
password,
not
written
anywhere.
5)
staff
were
most
of
the
time
confused
&
most
of
the
time
giving
us
wrong
information
in
regards
to
our
booking
(they
caused
a
big
trouble
that
I
will
mention
separately
in
no.
7)
6)
Manager/owner
was
insulting
the
staff
in
front
of
the
customers,
which
we
found
very
awkward.
7)
we
had
a
group
that
was
coming
on
the
second
morning
(half
of
them
infants
&
elderly),
two
different
persons
made
the
train
&
the
hotel
reservations,
they
arrive
at
5:00am
and
hotel
reservation
is
on
the
same
day,
so
they
only
could
check
in
at
midday
(we
didn't
know
that
&
that
s
on
us)
but....
When
we
asked
the
staff
on
the
reception
to
meet
them
&
help
them
with
the
luggage
at
5:00
am
they
said
nothing
about
the
check
in,
only
at
11:40
pm
they
inform
me
that
they
can
not
receive
the
group
because
the
previous
night
is
not
booked
for
them,
so
after
staying
awake
till
3:00
am
trying
to
arrange
a
stay
for
them
for
the
7
hrs
gap,
we
had
to
go
out
with
them
until
mid-day.
8)
Hotel
asked
us
to
pay
early
check-in
fee,
which
we
asked
for
but
they
did
not
provide,
and
only
after
many
calls
they
stopped
asking
for
the
fee.
9)
Room
service
was
only
provided
when
we
asked
for
it.
To
be
fair
we
received
the
room
clean
&
also
after
room
service
it
was
well
cleaned.
10)
I
asked
at
the
reception
if
there
are
slippers
in
the
room,
they
said
yes,
there
were
none,
I
had
to
come
back
to
ask
for
them.
11)
Receptionist
claimed
to
speak
English,
(some
of
the
group
members
did
not
speak
Russian
nor
Ukrainian),
long
story
short,
I
had
to
translate
every
time
they
needed
something.
All
of
this
is
in
2
days
/
3
nights
stay,
next
time
if
I
go
to
Kharkiv,
I
will
book
an
apartment
for
the
same
price
instead,
since
no
services
are
provided
at
Kizhi
hotel,
headache
and
rudeness
are
provided
instead.
