This fellow who works in this branch insulted me. I’m a regular customer of aroma kava. I usually come to aroma kava for more than 6 -7 months not for the coffee but come here to study. I usually go to other branches of aromakava too and buy coffee sit there and study. Sometimes I buy as soon as I enter the shop and sometimes later. No one said me anything. Today I was not in mood for a coffee when I entered the shop so I thought get it later and started to study. After few times he came to me and asked me to place an order. I also did. When I was placing the order I said him I thought to do the order after sometimes and I came back. Since I’m a foreigner he thought I doesn’t know Russian language. He was talking to his co worker in a funny way of insulting me saying “ she says she thought to place an order later blah blah blah....hahahaha”” and they both started to laugh. I was noticing this from my table. When my order came, I went and said them I understood what you both where taking about, if you do like this you will loose a customer. This is not the way of treating the customer who is regularity the shop. This is the way they treat foreigners thinking they won’t be knowing the language.

Really great place to have coffee & deserts

Place is good but not satisfied with the service As it is 24/7 they are not serving at night, mostly. And once i asked to serve me in cup and they denied and gave me a paper cup
