Lovely 3 course breakfast. Very nice staff, friendly and attentive. Cosy design. Well recommended.

I got scammed ^^ I paid 1700 (55 euros !! ^^) for a classic meal (15 euros in France), in the menu it was written 350 for the dish but they said "because I have 3.5 times the quantity they made me pay 4 times the price on the menu" LOL ^^) I didn't want to pay but they started to get aggressive, be careful if you are not Ukrainian! A friend from Kharkiv confirmed me that was a scam

Food was decent. Management like money vampires though. Wait staff required to upsell relentlessly. Mandatory service added to the cheque, which would be okay if it went to your waiter, but it goes to "administration". If you want your server to get a tip, that's additional to the mandatory service charge.

I can see why this place is highly ranked. I stumbled upon it looking for a place to get out of the rain with a glass or two of wine. I ended up staying for dinner. Charming place, charming waitress, and fabulous food. A little pricey by Ukrainian standards, but ok for the splurge (I'm only in Kharkiv one more night, so ...). This is a great place to bring that special someone. Great ambiance and even better service and cuisine. And my waitress, Irene, was stupendous. She almost anticipated my whims.

Dieses ist ein sehr feines und anspruchsvolles Restaurant, dass ich so noch nie erlebt habe. Hier steht der Gast im Mittelpunkt und bekommt wirkliche Künste der Kochkunst serviert. Jedes Gericht - ob Frühstück oder Abendessen es war immer eine Augenweide. Das Servicepersonal ist bestens geschult und versucht in diskreter Weise den Gast zu verwöhnen. Hier schmeckt es wirklich ausgezeichnet. Preis / Leistung 120% Дуже гарна кухня та чудовий сервіс. Харчування та напої високої якості. Дуже добре! Очень хороший повар и отличный сервис. Пища и напитки высокого качества. Очень хорошо!

One of the most cosy and good quality restaurants. I am a regular customer. More vegetarians options on the menu are needed. Cappuccino with Apple strudel always an afternoon more pleasant

Food very good in the general perspective, service medium. Long wait for drinks, Starters came with 10 minutes in-between (50% table get it then wait 10 minutes before rest of the table) , glasses empty on table more than once and for periods untill we ask, misunderstanding regarding size of steak. I had higher expectations for this place regarding service and it were a slow evening.
