WORST
CUSTOMER
SERVICE
EVER.
They
couldn't
care
less
about
their
customers.
I
was
doing
my
Christmas
shopping
on
the
23rd
of
December,
the
cashier
messed
up
and
added
an
extra
product
that
cost
400UAH
to
my
bill.
When
I
checked
the
receipt
without
leaving
the
store
and
told
them
about
the
problem,
the
answer
was
"Yes.
We
were
checking
the
price
for
this
item
before
you
came
and
forgot
to
remove
it.
However,
we
can't
give
your
money
back.
Our
manager
isn't
at
work
today.
We
can't
do
it
without
her.
We
don't
have
any
money.".
WHAT?!
You
took
my
money
and
now
you
say
you
don't
have
it?
Excuse
me?!
They
admitted
they
were
at
fault,
but
there
was
no
apology
and
they
didn't
look
apologetic
at
all.
Then
they
said
"Come
on
the
25th
of
December.
Our
manager
will
be
at
work
and
she
will
look
into
this.".
WHAT?!
Are
you
telling
ME
to
come
on
Christmas
Day
to
get
my
money
back
because
YOU
messed
up?
I
can't
think
of
a
better
way
to
ruin
your
Christmas
mood!
Could
this
customer
service
be
any
better?!
Long
story
short,
I
was
only
able
to
get
my
money
back
the
next
day
and
not
because
they
did
something
to
solve
this
problem,
but
because
I
filed
a
complaint
and
threatened
to
video
their
answer
to
"Why
do
you
not
give
back
your
customers
their
money
when
the
supermarket's
incompetent
staff
messes
up?".
I
won't
be
caught
dead
shopping
at
this
horrible
place
that
doesn't
give
a
damn
about
their
clients!
