Being
impressed
by
such
great
reviews
I
found
myself
scammed
by
unprofessional
stuff.
The
least
I
would
expect
this
kind
of
behaviour
from
the
management,
in
particular
vice
director
of
the
establishment.
It
all
started
with
incompetent
Receptionists
which
were
unable
to
provide
me
with
pricing
info,
in
addition
to
that,
disinformed
about
the
price
of
the
injection,
with
difference
of
1,400
UAH
less.
Also
botox
was
having
a
20%
discount
after
which
the
price
was
80
UAH
per
shot.
Which
made
me
to
book
an
appointment
to
do
the
procedure.
Once
arrived,
the
price
instead
of
5,600
UAH
became
7,015
UAH.
Moreover,
the
advertising
outside
of
the
center
(which
I
saw
next
day)
of
30%
discount
for
cosmetology,
which
included
botox,
mezotherapy
and
lots
of
different
procedures
was
false!
Considering
all
the
above,
I
expressed
my
disappointment
and
left
the
place.
Within
20
minutes
I
received
a
call
from
a
Vice
Director
of
the
establishment
with
apologies
and
explaining
that
they
do
accept
their
fault
and
that
they
had
to
remove
such
a
misleading
advert,
she
was
asking
me
to
get
back
and
to
allow
them
to
fix
the
mistake.
I
personally
underlined
in
our
conversation,
that
I
am
getting
the
Yuvidem
Volite
with
the
30%
discount
and
also
the
botox,
even
though
botox
still
was
80
UAH
after
the
30%
lol,
the
same
as
yesterday
after
20%!!!!,
however,
the
appealing
price
of
YV
made
me
come
back.
Unfortunately,
this
time,
relying
on
our
conversation
with
the
management,
I
didn't
not
re-confirm
AGAIN
the
price,
and
after
the
resumption
of
the
procedure
I
was
unpleasantly
shocked!
The
price
became
5,950
UAH
but
after
30%
of
discount
it
supposed
to
be
4,911
UAH!
I
refused
to
pay
as
I
felt
cheated
on!
The
Vise-director
talked
to
me
and
explained
that
she
referred
to
my
yesterday's
conversation
with
the
Reception
and
denied
the
fact
that
she
confirmed
that
I
am
getting
the
YV
with
the
discount,
saying
that
our
conversation
is
recorded
(I
would
love
to
have
that!!!!
It
would
have
proved
her
lies!)
and
that
the
Receptionists
will
pay
from
their
pocket
and
if
my
conscience
allows
me
to
sleep
tight
and
sound
after
all
blah
blah
blah
....I
can
pay
5,600
UAH!!
To
say
I
am
disappointed,
not
to
say
anything!!!!
I
am
sorry
for
their
loss
of
the
client
in
my
face,
as
I
am
very
loyal
if
I
do
like
the
services.
And
in
my
plans
were
to
do
lots
of
different
check
ups
and
procedures!
The
owner
of
the
Center
has
to
do
some
staff
training
and
even
some
changes
of
the
staff,
otherwise,
it
will
reflect
their
business
on
the
long
run.
With
the
doctor
who
performed
the
procedures
there
is
no
complaints.
She
is
a
very
pleasant
lady.
Just
feeling
sorry
for
her
and
the
rest
of
the
doctors
(who
might
be
really
great
professionals)
for
working
for
such
a
disgraceful
place.

please
read
all
the
comments
and
you
will
see
that
the
same
ones
do
repeat
but
from
different
people..I
wish
I
have
noticed
it
before
falling
for
the
scam
like
that!
