    Service is painfully slow, food is very oily. Seating is uncomfortable, but it redeems itself with fair prices and large portions.

    Absolutely disgusted with the quality of service here. Not only did I wait 1 hour and a half for spaghetti that I didn't even receive, but there was no sense of remorse or apology for the wait. In fact, the servers argued with me about my complaint. Speaking of servers, they clearly do not know how to deal with customers as my server was not willing to listen and disregarded us at any chance she could get. Proper training is needed to ensure that the customers satisfaction is number 1 priority. Will not be visiting again. Ever. 0/10 experience. Would not recommend.
