A Nightmare in Khartoum, One of the worst hotel I ever been. No hot water, not only one day but for all the 4days that I stay here. Restaurant service is slow & unprofessional, choice is limited and waitress don't know which plate are available. If you order one not available, took half an hour just to come back and tell you that is not available. Dinner is an experience of 1h waiting,almost. Finally when you can eat something,you understood that you wasted your time. Kitchen is poor and dish arrive cold.

Good location, 24 hrs water available both hot and cold, pool,wifi at Room, morning breakfast compliment but Indian food not available.
