I never stayed at this hotel during my visit to Sudan but I should’ve!!! I went to have a breakfast buffet at the Paradise hotel and it was my best experience ever! The food and utensils were all clean and hygienic. Everything was proper and organized. The staff were nice and polite but the trophee goes to Mr. Klif Paul! He is the most useful person you can ever count on at Paradise. Very polite, very professional, and very energetic! If you have any inquiries or doubts cleared, please refer to him. You’ll never regret it!!!

If you are in Khartoum, you will enjoy better facilities in Paradise Hotel as compared to any other hotel. Super organized, clean. Rooms well done. Amazing hospitality. I highly recommend.

we had a bussiness conference with a meal reservations . the staff is kind and hospitable , the service was great , the room was well ventilated and the mini coffee bar was well stocked . but the real joy started with the meal upstairs .you see we ordered an open kitchen line . first was the salads and mains like rice and Kushari and pasta then meats and chicken and fried fishes , the vegetable stock was Devine. now onto desserts, a wonderful combination of Arabian and western pies and tarts and cakes and the Baseemah was so good i had to steal a second bite ... also fresh fruits was available for those who are watching what they eat . i had baseemah and a slice of watermelon for drinks i opted for Aradeep juice and it didn't disappoint .... i was so full and in a high of enjoying my meal that ill definitely visit again .

One of the good places you can stay while visiting Khartoum, Sudan. They have good food, a lobby where you can meet your visitors and their staff members are very courteous and supportive (responding to issues you raise relatively quite quickly).

Good business hotel and we'll maintained. Though it is ramadan period they maintain good breakfast for non Islam guests. Very nice staff.

Great hotel in my point of view, very helpful and hospitable staff. Proximity to key places (airport, embassies, restaurants, etc.), It's classed as on of the best, food is great and anything I ate was good. Please don't miss their Thursday buffet if you can. There is a fast food restaurant in the building but not in plain sight so ask the staff if you wish to try.

I have stayed at the hotel twice whilst on business. Very happy on both occasions. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and the hotel is in a great location being so close to the best café/restaurant in Khartoum, Ozone. The cleaners could do a bit better and give the rooms a more frequent vacuum, but these are my only (minor) negative points.

😐 Just an average room. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom looks old. Toilet has stains. The soap is too drying. It does not lather. Make sure u carry own soap. No free drinking water in room. Only in mini bar. No hangers in wardrobe. Slow Wi-Fi. Breakfast made me sad. Much cheaper to pay in local c...
