ITC
is
an
excellent
tour
agency
and
I
wouldn't
go
with
anyone
else
while
traveling
in
Sudan.
You
will
probably
find
cheaper
agencies,
but
when
it
came
down
to
it,
traveling
with
ITC
was
worth
every
penny
we
paid.
The
tour
was
excellent,
accommodations
were
wonderful
and
our
guide,
Hammed
was
fun,
knowledgeable
and
got
along
great
with
our
group.
However,
sometimes
it
is
only
when
things
go
wrong
that
you
learn
how
much
people
care.
On
the
last
day
of
our
tour,
there
was
a
military
coup
and
civil
unrest
in
Sudan.
The
airport
closed
and
the
US
embassy
was
evacuated.
But
ITC
gave
us
*exceptional*
support.
An
ITC
representative
was
at
our
hotel
*at
least*
daily
to
keep
us
apprised
of
the
situation.
The
hotel
we
were
booked
at
had
internet,
when
none
of
the
rest
of
the
country
did.
When
the
airport
opened
up,
ITC
guides
were
there
to
ensure
that
we
could
get
to
the
airport
safely,
complete
all
of
the
formalities
and
successfully
board
the
plane.
Throughout
the
whole
time,
ITC
made
sure
that
we
were
safe
and
informed.
I
had
a
great
trip,
but
it
was
my
experience
during
the
last
few
days
of
my
trip,
when
everything
went
wrong,
that
showed
me
how
much
the
staff
at
ITC
care.
When
the
cards
were
down,
ITC
had
my
back.
They
deserve
my
trust
and
my
business.
