A huge, clean and tidy mall where u can get clothes ( western/ indo-western/ ethnic), footwear and accessories such as bags, handbags, perfumes, watches and make up products also.. Good vareity and fashion. There're many brands in the mall. Niice place for shopping. Escalators and lifts are there. Must visit. It'll be a good experience. ✨

A lot of brands are there. Specially for women, there are too many choices. Mostly costly and premium brands. Try going in sale ( happiness sale) but yeah one thing I realised, while buying jeans that has OFF, It's hard to find 30 plus sizes. Apart from clothing, accessories, footwear, beauty products, there's also Poonam Bazaar which a variety of food brands. I was really satisfied to see it. It's a must visit store if you love to shop for groceries.

This Mall is closed but there is two important shops of Branded Shoes ADIDAS and REEBOK. Both the shoes shops get the best quality of shoes for kids, man and women. Also sports, running clothes available here. Staff is cooperative and humble.

Your staff should learn some manners. While I was checking the stuff from my fav brand "ONLY", from back a women came and said, mam it's new arrival. But I didn't asked any one. Like what ? am I not allowed to see the new arrivals or do I look like I cannot afford the new arrivals that was so disgusting and rude. I felt so offended. Please go to the "ONLY" store and see how humble those guys are. No matter you buy it or not they would still offer the new arrivals to try.

Pathetic parking experience. Just because I had 500 rs cash and the parking space guy don't have change he dint accepte inside the mall. They should start to accept at least gpay. Technology has so much improved in India. But this centroall is still outdated. In front of the foreigner it was such a bad experience.

The central Now is Reliance Centro mall. Very premium shopping mall in city. All major clothing brands available. Supermarket in front area and Lords of the drinks pub in front side. Pay n park Basement parking also available. They have a Nescafe kiosk on 2nd floor for some refreshments.

The free wk adv with spend 5000 and get 5000 in vouchers is just getting people in trap so they have to spend a lot to use their vouchers . Don't believe them and please confirm their policy properly. These vouchers don't give you any free but make you to spend more .so be careful

Has a good collection of clothes and wearables of different brands. The process of billing was not smooth and the counter staff was indifferent and rude.Refused to give the printed discounts and even to sell a few items saying that not in my computer system.

Decent mall with many expensive brands. Occasionally provide great sale, but mostly expensive. Also the staff over there keeps following you even when you havent asked for anything, they keep interrupting your space. Its very weird and creepy.

Mall is very neat and clean type. But it is costly . It is designed for high class people. Rates are too much high, because same quality you can get outside with cheapest rates. But some other costly material is worthy to pay because they are actually good and quality material.

Very bad shopping experience in last visit. The free merchandise offer on shopping over Rs.5000/- is really waste/rejected pieces which are must be discarded but given to clients. Moreover they forces u to select products over Rs.1500/- so that they can earn something on scrap sales.

Mall which has all expensive brands but Does not have any drinking water source for visitors, found that ridiculous! PS- you might not always get discounts comparable on every merch like ECom. Most Pathetic Mall I've ever seen Brands are good but management of Reliance is so much Pathetic that we have never ever seen. Almost on each and every counters customers were quarreling. On each 5000 shopping they are offering g merchandise of 1500 for free...those merchandise is so poor in quality that you won't even use it for pochha(floor cleaning). And top of it it is compulsory to take those merchandise. 1 star is also too much for Centro and management of reliance. Pls start option for 0 star.

Had the worst experience at billing counter here today. The items I picked up from flat 50% off were not actually flat 50% although they were kept under the flat 50% placard and even the salesperson said so. Then obviously I had to keep those items back because they were so expensive without the offers. They updated the offers without the salesperson knowing and they didn't even put the items under appropriate offers. The salespeople are never updated with the current offers and prices. Very disappointing. THEY MUST WORK ON THIS.

Have to wait for 45 mins for my bill. Won't be shopping here again. Felt awkward in front of relatives. Didn't expect the same from such a reputed brand. Wrote the same in their feedback register. Advise: Make sure you ask if the billing machine is working properly before shopping.

Billing time sucks.. They took too much time for billing. One gets frustrated. Only 1 or 2 counters will be open for billing. I will advise the management to go to D mart and learn something from them.

Staff is friendly and cooperative. We can spend good shopping time here. Few food stalls are also present. You will definitely have a good experience over here.

Outer appearance doesn't seem so but very big inside, large collection is there, clothes , shoes, accessories for the entire family. Hamleys store is also located inside. Collection wise one of the better stacked ' Central' Malls. As you experience in any Central Mall Billing experience is a bit tiresome.

Very bad experience with my family. Actually i received discount message from central Mall on 4th january for 5th january but when we went their offer was not there and no one was clear about the offer. Such incident happened two times with me. So now i'll not recommend any body to go and waste their time.

Nagpur Central is located at very prominent place which is convenient for almost all of Nagpur. Central is perhaps only good mall in Nagpur. It has all good and well know brands in appeal as well as accessories such as shoes , perfumes etc. Brands here are pricey and except for few weeks they don't have discounts running which may disappoint price conscious customers.

Make sure to check the price with brand's official site or showroom other than this.One should definitely go here to buy things under one roof. Tremendous amount of options are available from various brands. But, as always there has to be a catch and here the catch is the fresh arrival and price at same time.

Hi Team, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and frustration regarding a recent incident at your store in Nagpur(reliancecentro), which has caused significant inconvenience and stress. On January 3rd, I purchased at your store, and upon reaching home, I discovered that some items were missing from the bag. The next day, I approached the customer service desk to inquire about the missing items, as they were billed. Despite my concern, the customer service representative insisted that nothing had been left behind but assured me that they would review the video recording. After patiently waiting an hour, I returned to the mall only to be informed that the video recording was not ready and to return after another hour. Attempts to contact the store by phone were unsuccessful. When I returned for the third time, ten minutes before the closing time, I found the mall shutter already closed, and no one responded to our calls. The next morning, I was provided with the video recording, clearly showing that the items were left on the counter and handed over to the next customer in line. Despite this evidence, the customer service team wrongly insisted that the items were given to me. On January 5th, after multiple visits to the mall and hours of waiting, I finally spoke with the manager who acknowledged the mistake and assured me that they would investigate the matter further. Later that day, I received a call from the manager confirming that the items were indeed given to the next customer in line by mistake. Throughout this ordeal, I had to visit the mall six times, incurring unnecessary travel expenses and significant inconvenience. This situation also caused tension in my household, given the substantial amount involved (Rs5800). In light of these circumstances and the time, money, and energy expended due to no fault of mine, I kindly request your team to provide compensation in the form of a cashback. I believe that such a gesture would not only rectify the inconvenience caused but also demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction. I have attached a copy of the purchase receipt, highlighting the missing items for your reference. I trust that your team will review this matter promptly and handle it with the attention it deserves.
