I
am
writing
to
express
my
dissatisfaction
and
frustration
regarding
a
recent
incident
at
your
store
in
Nagpur(reliancecentro),
which
has
caused
significant
inconvenience
and
stress.
On
January
3rd,
I
purchased
at
your
store,
and
upon
reaching
home,
I
discovered
that
some
items
were
missing
from
the
bag.
The
next
day,
I
approached
the
customer
service
desk
to
inquire
about
the
missing
items,
as
they
were
billed.
Despite
my
concern,
the
customer
service
representative
insisted
that
nothing
had
been
left
behind
but
assured
me
that
they
would
review
the
video
recording.
After
patiently
waiting
an
hour,
I
returned
to
the
mall
only
to
be
informed
that
the
video
recording
was
not
ready
and
to
return
after
another
hour.
Attempts
to
contact
the
store
by
phone
were
unsuccessful.
When
I
returned
for
the
third
time,
ten
minutes
before
the
closing
time,
I
found
the
mall
shutter
already
closed,
and
no
one
responded
to
our
calls.
The
next
morning,
I
was
provided
with
the
video
recording,
clearly
showing
that
the
items
were
left
on
the
counter
and
handed
over
to
the
next
customer
in
line.
Despite
this
evidence,
the
customer
service
team
wrongly
insisted
that
the
items
were
given
to
me.
On
January
5th,
after
multiple
visits
to
the
mall
and
hours
of
waiting,
I
finally
spoke
with
the
manager
who
acknowledged
the
mistake
and
assured
me
that
they
would
investigate
the
matter
further.
Later
that
day,
I
received
a
call
from
the
manager
confirming
that
the
items
were
indeed
given
to
the
next
customer
in
line
by
mistake.
Throughout
this
ordeal,
I
had
to
visit
the
mall
six
times,
incurring
unnecessary
travel
expenses
and
significant
inconvenience.
This
situation
also
caused
tension
in
my
household,
given
the
substantial
amount
involved
(Rs5800).
In
light
of
these
circumstances
and
the
time,
money,
and
energy
expended
due
to
no
fault
of
mine,
I
kindly
request
your
team
to
provide
compensation
in
the
form
of
a
cashback.
I
believe
that
such
a
gesture
would
not
only
rectify
the
inconvenience
caused
but
also
demonstrate
a
commitment
to
customer
satisfaction.
I
have
attached
a
copy
of
the
purchase
receipt,
highlighting
the
missing
items
for
your
reference.
I

your
team
will
review
this
matter
promptly
and
handle
it
with
the
attention
it
deserves.
