PVR is better than any other Cinema Hall in Nagpur. The screen size is big and has a huge area to sit. Seats are comfortable. Sound quality is also good.

I am surprised looking at the other reviews. Have the people of Nagpur given up? 😝 I come from Bangalore. So I am used to a certain standard. I was absolutely appalled by every possible aspect of my experience 🀒 Let’s start with the mall exterior. It looks like it was the epicentre of an earthquakeπŸ’₯ The parking lot gave me the feels of a post apocalyptic world🀯 There were some shops at this mall but I could not understand how anyone in their right mind would come hereπŸ˜– To be honest seeing the PVR logo from far did feel like seeing an oasis at the desert. But that relief was short lived. I could see that the staff had given up as well πŸ˜‚ I wish I could give you an experience of the β€œsmell” inside the theatre. There was a damp stench in the air. I don’t think this theatre has been cleaned in ages. I’m not even that big of a germaphobe but I literally had to take a steaming shower to be sure I have rinsed off EMPRESS MALL. Wanna get back at someone ? Gift them a ticket at Empress Mall PVR.

It's good, but I don't know what happened to Empress mall nowadays, it looks like horror house. Very poor management. Lift doesn't work, need to travel alot to get a working lift or stairs. Lot of good businesses left from this mall. It was good 4-5 year earlier. Broken windows, abandoned shops, no people around makes it look like a 'backrooms'.

The mall are really so expensive and heavy costly. Only for High class people not for common people because of the expensive cost of the food items. One veg Barger comes at 210 and cold coffee at 190 and 2 pic of samosha come at 80 rupees. Really the PVR making to common people fool. Except the all average comparison another cinemas.

If you want to really enjoy a movie with good experience visit PVR Cinemas. Amazing Dolby Digital Sound, High-definition Screen, luxurious seats, spic and span washrooms, best-in-class service, chilling air-conditioner, well-maintained, neat and hygiene corridors, delicious snacks and drinks. Although prices maybe High, but when compared to other Metro cities, it is still less, but the experience is too good. PVR cinemas was epic adventure with my family and friends.. it was great enjoyingg .. Loved the place and enjoyed the place very much... Was an adorable day..

I don't know what happened with cinema hall earlier it was one of the best place to watch film but now sound has been become disgrace to its reputation.....whole hall cinema hall become smelly (like cloth in rainy season).... As in Cinepolis, front chair don't come in our pov only screen is seen....but in this pvr some what chairs come in our pov which I feel personally irritating.... There is construction every where which give very bad vibes.... Very bad experience πŸ₯²

Those ones who've visited the PVR would find similarity in my review. The feeling is awesome inside the hall thanks to the great sound-system and picture quality. I personally felt the sound system great. Seating is comfortable so as not to mention it. The place is clean and suave. If you're a first-timer, the PVR is on the left side of the third floor. Go with friends and family or with anyone you want toπŸ˜ƒπŸ˜€.

PVR empress mall gives the best cinema experience in Nagpur. I loved it. But, please don't order expensive food items here. Just bring your own Water bottle from home and enjoy the show.

This PVR is located in Empress mall 3 rd floor. Normally it’s hectic and crowded during weekend. You will find sharp decline in prices on Monday to Thursday. You can book tickets from book my show and many get with many offers. Normally cold drinks and pop corn cost more than overall cost of movie.😜. Since it’s location is in Empress mall there is no safety issue. You can keep your helmet at the entrance for nominal charge Overall it’s nice experience and our favourite weekend destination.

I had a very bad experience here. See the pics and videos attached below. PVR is a brand. This looks like an old theatre when you compare it to trillium's Cinepolis. It's decent from iside. The sound system is good. We went to see Black Panther. The picture got blank in between. We had to wait for around 10-15 minutes to restore the problem.

Need to maintain lot of things.. like parking facility it took more time in ticket section for parking and the parking area is not clean.. and in the corners of most of the walls red marks of peoples split .. They have lots of space but not utilizing properly and not maintaining.. if you are taking Rs.30 for two wheeler parking and 5o for 4 wheeler then why they dont maintain it. Mostly i disappointed by the parking facility

Mall is quite large but their are many things which need to be improved *Tiles not clean *Cheap food sellers in 3rd floor *People begging in ground floor always asking to use massaga machines, fish spa, kids games which annoys a lot *More brands need their *Toilets are not at all clean *Lifts not work always *More food stores are required *Whats the meaning of such a large mall but a dumb mall *If someone is going here for buying clothes i reccomend to go trilium its better .

The washrooms are not taken a good care of. The movie experience is very good. It is a variety mall where many standard stores are there. It is a spacious mall. Food services are okay.

After you enter through a security check, you will reach cinematic PVR ambience. They allow water bottles but not any eatables. You may buy snacks inside but they cost you heavy (1 star less) . See menu. Washrooms are nearly clean. Now since you are here for a movie, it's an amazing big screen experience with perfect and clear sound.

2 stars only to show solidarity to movie theatres who have opened post COVID. Sound was horrible and so was the screen. First five minutes into the movie and the 3D projection did not work. When people complained and requested to restart the film, decadent put it back on for about 20 minutes or more. I understand if the system takes that much time to restart or whatever... But everyone could hear the panic and some senior shouting at the projectionist inside the projection room. So obviously something was amiss from the SOPs. Bad management or unskilled staff, I am not sure. Secondly all their food stalls had was sandwich, popcorn or nachos and pepsi. Nothing else on the menu was available. Hotdogs, Frankie's rolls. Billing staff was trying to be helpful but they were obviously Idea new to the job for just not able to keep up with the orders. Strange policy due to covid they have removed the trays. I understand if they are not allowed to deliver the food to your seat but then at least offer trays so one can carry everything!

As usual, the theater is well-maintained, clean, and posh. The only thing I didn't like about the multiplex is that the water cooler is located near the toilet. It would be better if it were moved to a more suitable place. Apart from that, everything else is good. This mall is conveniently located near Nagpur Station. To reach it, please take the exit to PF 10, and it's just a 5-minute walk from there.

It was an amazing experience. I visited PVR first time and I loved the sound quality. The theatre was nice but as per me the screen was too big with respect to the seats and size of theatre. Our show was in 5th one .... But overall it was good. You should try it once...

As always the hospitality of PVR is warm and welcoming. However, the mall has lost the glory. It more feels like a haunted structure.

Pros #great sound and seating system #good screen size #availability of drinking water #well maintained audi and toilets #decent 3D system Cons #as usual delayed start of the movie I watched spiderman 3d in screen 4 it was great experience when compared to inox. The empress mall is under construction i think, so it lead to little mess to search for lift and reach the theatre in time but the movie started very late only. This is definitely a worthy theatre in nagpur.

The protocol are properly followed and social distancing is also followed. People go crazy during intervals (to buy food) other than that it's super safe to watch movies.

  • 4/5 Kapil A. 2 years ago on Google
Best place to catch a movie in Nagpur. It has a great ambience. The seats are comfortable. Sound is mind-blowing and picture quality is truly PVR standards. Cleanliness is up to the mark. COVID protocols are followed but people who come together often sit close to each other even when tags are placed on seats signalling the seat is not to be occupied. Prices are higher as compared to other multiplexes in Nagpur but the experience is worth the price tag. The cafeteria is unnecessarily costly and this problem is not just with PVR but with most of the multiplexes. I think it seriously needs to be regulated in India. There is ample parking available in the mall. Parking charges are 40/- per car.

PVR cinemas give best cinema experience in Nagpur. I loved it. Sound quality here is awesome. Specially if you are 3D movie- freak, don't forget to watch 3D movies here. Food served in food-court of this area is quite hygienic and service is also well. Best place to visit with family and friends. Best experience. πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ

Best theater in the center of City, Sound quality (Dolby Atmos 7.1) chumma..., Wide screen full frame 16:9 quality. Must go for watching movies.....

  • 3/5 Gagan S. 2 years ago on Google
The theater is good. Seat are comfortable and they do slide down for added comfort. The mall in which the theater is located is horrible. The parking space is in shambles with leaking water, broken roof and broken floor everywhere. They charged 50 for car parking but the arrangement for parking was 0. To reach the theater there are only 2 lifts where there was a huge line. The stairs are also pathetic with no planning at all. Good theater bad location. πŸ‘Ž
