Thumbs down service and food. Ambience was good but we ordered a snack that was very hard when we said waiter for replacement. He said ye to aise hi bntaa hai. You think people came to you are fool.

Visited sky bar and moti mahal restaurant in the hotel and i can say that they serve the best quality food in nawashahar without any doubt. Difficult to find such a quality hotel and food in such interiors.

Irresponsible staff# starters were served after main course even soup# totally ruined our birthday party. They actually deserve minus rating. Pathetic in food quality, service. Staff lacks sense of responsibility and maintaining decorum of the restaurant.

The restaurant, situated on the 2nd floor, was challenging to locate an entrance, and there was no guidance for seating. After asking three people, we finally found a place. Unfortunately, the food was subpar, with excessively oily dishes and only a few pakodas in the curry pakoda. We had to request them to switch on the air conditioning.

This place is incredible for food and friendly party .but its little costly. But there service and maintenance is so good .Sunday night they have livs concerts. There drinks are so good. And there hospitality is so much better than the other

As of 16-03-2023 visit, Out of order swipe machine, unprofessional staff. It seemed like having to search for the waiter to order.

A nice place to visit with the family. Although the food which we ordered was extremely spicy however, they were courteous enough to accept it and proceed accordingly. Moreover, the ambience is quite amazing.
