One of the best hotel in city nawanshahr. It's located in punjab india.and staff is very good and room are very good . I think it is best hotel in nawanshahr. Also they provide membership system to their privileged customers so that they can get exclusive items and services

Well maintained clean and tidy. Fully ac resturant. They provide discount as well. Parking space available. Nonveg taste is ok not that great. Wash room clean and tidy. Service was bit late.

All take heed if you are seeking a peaceful restful stay you need to avoid this so called hotel by a long mile.The hotel hosts many parties the majority dont finish until 11.30 pm then you have the staff removing furniture in the noisiest possible manner.If you like 1000 watt bass speakers rocking your room on the third floor accommodation until late then book by all means ,i am currently for my misgivings here until 24th january 2023 and have had out of ten days 5 days decent sleep.The management are not neccesarily at fault ,more so the design of the building how in gods name can you expect paying guests to endure 1000 watt bass speaakers and possibly expect them to sleep soundly when the banquet hall is directly below you???Unfortunatley the terror of this location does not end here directly opposite is the sugar mill ,24 hrs a day 365 this humungous building is pouring out polluted air at a pace not seen before ,so not only are you breathing in the noxious fumes they are constantly caking yourselves the buildings and literally every thing within a two mile radious .Do not expect any sympathy from management if you book and have the misfortune that i am currently suffering ,it literally falls on deaf ears i think the pollution has affected them too.

One of the best hotels in Nawashahar. Main highlight- this place is within the city and very near to the bus stand. I stayed there for one night and my stay was quite good. Room was neat and clean. Breakfast was amazing which was free along with the goibibo booking. They have Open Parking too. Overall a good experience.

Probably the best place to have fine dining experience in nawanshahr. There’s Motimahal restaurant at this hotel which serves typical north Indian, Chinese as well as drinks also both sod and hard. We tried Nonveg and veg platters both were good in taste and quantity although abit pricey considering the city. Service was on abit slower side but acceptable.

The front end manager, Jaskaran Singh was very helpful. There was an issues with our reservation but he went out of his way to help us out.

I had the unfortunate experience of dining at this hotel's restaurant, and I can confidently say that it was one of the worst dining experiences of my life. The restaurant staff's behavior was shockingly rude and utterly unacceptable. Not only did they exhibit an attitude that was far from welcoming, but they also displayed a complete lack of basic courtesy. To add insult to injury, after enduring a lackluster meal, my companions and I were told that we couldn't sit in the restaurant to wait for someone. It's mind-boggling that a hospitality establishment would treat its paying customers in such a manner. The staff's behavior was not only offensive but also a clear indication of their disregard for customer satisfaction. The fact that they turned us away from a table after we had already spent money at their establishment reflects poorly on their professionalism and understanding of basic customer service. I would strongly advise anyone considering dining here to think twice, as the staff's behavior alone is enough to ruin any semblance of an enjoyable experience.

Had the worst experience. We reached late had no reservations coz the stay was unplanned, but the place needs better staff . The towels could be used to scale fish , even after 2 visit buy the front office person we could not get hot water in our room and he didn't even bother to get it fixed after it and said we need to adjust . Would not recommend for families just travel to Jalandhar . Really disappointed.

The behaviour of reception is not good ... If a person have bought the hotel membership,they dont provide rooms easily..the dealing is unprofessional..at this much costs,there are other options available in the city...

The AC isn't powerful enough that they haven't installed fans in the rooms. And I don't know what was on their bedsheets, bedbugs or chemicals but we weren't able to stop itching whole night.....

Absolutely love the food here ❤️ also love the fact that they give 25% discount on the bill 🙌🏼 I would come here everyday but then my wife probably stop making food for me permanently 🤣

Washroom were pretty good with great hot water supply. Some rooms had a smell. Service was good but like everything in India, slow. Internet was intermittent everywhere on property. What kind of restaurant offers toast without jams.

One of my favorite place to stay. Clean and hygienic. Keep it up.
