It is an amazing place to party with friends and you have complete privacy🔥 Come well prepared, as they just give the property for the rent. You must carry all your basic necessities. The place amazing pool, lot of places to sit and talk with great lighting.

We arrived with 0 towels ! Called the owner manger said he will arrange we end up going back to ajman to get our own towels. Bed broke !! And no clean proper kitchen utensils the manager had respond to us after 2 days we check out 😂😂 I never had such bad experience second he can’t sleep for 40 dhs difference on my payment before I arrived then he’s the one can’t be reached after he got his money 😂🤣

Rooms were good. Service needs to be improved. Full Payment needs to be done in advance. Location was just 500 mts from the highway

We were supposed to check in at 3.00 PM, by which time the farm was supposed to be ready and cleaned. It wasn't cleaned until 5.00 PM, my guests had already arrived. I have had gatherings at this farm since 3 years but this time, was not the best. The game room used to have sofas before which they lived and the pool table and foosball table were in really bad shape. The shower head in the bathrooms were broken in2 bathroom, one bathroom door didn't lock at all and obviously the swarm of flies were super unpleasant. The price increased from last year to this year and the service abd amenities were not very good.

Perfect for a gathering for 30-50 ppl. Overnight can be done by 20ppl. Not very fancy but they got a lot of activities including pool table, football ground, swimming pools, foosball table. I would go back.

Good place. Very different experience in Dubai. It has very good farm, birds, sheep. Kids will definitely enjoy.

Very nice farm,we feel comfortable there and every things available,quit and save. We spend happy day and enjoyed with swimming preparing grilled meat,watching T.V,and interested outside weather. I love it😊

It was a good experience, things are managed and planned well. It’s not a hotel so feel like home and bring all your belonging. Huge space to accommodate a lot of people. Inside and outdoor seating area with swimming pool and bbq place. Children playing area but need more improvement. The sports playing area for Billiard needs improvement but hand football game was nice. On whole we spend a quality time and would love to come back. For farm owner. Price is slightly high please make it more reasonable for families.

Hopefully they could maintain it further, like the kitchen tools, tableware, and tv to use in the living room. Weather started to change, it will be a nice place for a peaceful gathering with friends and family. No restrictions on BBQ, outdoor kitchen, camping, play area for kids, and private swimming pool for kids and adults. Please note that they don't offer towels and other toiletries. Feel free to bring your own or purchase on their small store 🍻
