I recently experienced exceptional service at the restaurant in this hotel. The staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a delightful dining experience. I especially want to mention Mr Prashant who took care of all my needs during the service he was very attentive and offered an exceptionally superb attitude. The menu offered a diverse range of delectable dishes, beautifully presented and prepared with precision. The ambiance was nice, and the attention to detail, from table settings to prompt service, was commendable. Overall, a truly enjoyable dining affair, making it a memorable highlight of my stay. Highly recommended for those seeking a combination of excellent service and culinary excellence. If I am going to visit again in the future then I am definitely going to stay in the same place.

The only good thing is the location and food!! Bad room service and rooms are pretty small Bad wifi inside the room and in the hotel Furniture not good Swimming pool not clean at all, neither are the pool towels (smell awful). There were no activities inside the hotel. I won’t be interested in spending a night there at the future.

The place in general is good, but I am very disappointed of the food, there were some small flies all over the open buffet. I only ate from the covered items. And I don’t like that the food was cold too. The view was amazing. The room designed comfortably. Hotel staff are kind and highly trained to deal with customers. Thank you for all the good things.

I had a wonderful stay here on Easter weekend. I can’t think of any complaints to be honest. Room was great, bed was comfy, every single staff was very friendly, respectful. Beach was beautiful, chairs are well spaced out. I would love to come back again some time!

One of the most iconic and luxurious stays at the Oceanic Khorfakkan Resort & Spa, Mr. Ali at the front desk greeted me with kindness and friendliness while being very professional and was very sweet to upgrade my stay to villa 1001 which was a very beautiful beachfront villa. Keeping in mind i have never stayed in a beachfront villa in my whole life so Mr. Ali checked off my bucket list opportunity and i am very grateful for his attitude. I wish him and the entire Oceanic resort further success and many great years ahead.

In the UAE, my previous experience at the Resort Hotel wasn't so great. However, on my birthday, my husband surprised me with a resort stay and a birthday celebration. I wasn't expecting such a high level of quality from this resort. Room 3003 and their services exceeded my expectations in every way. The service, room amenities, and complimentary gifts, including breakfast, were outstanding. The complementary fruit tray and cold beverages were a delightful touch that truly won my heart. This is the best resort I've ever experienced, and I highly recommend it. I want to express my special thanks to twinkle, the receptionist, who captured my heart with her excellent service. Additionally, the two individuals who arranged our decor and beachfront dinner were exceptionally humble and professional. I'm sincerely thankful for the exceptional hospitality they provided on my special day.

A wonderful stay at The Oceanic. We were so fortunate to be looked after by such amazing staff. They were exceptionally kind and met every single one of our needs. We were greeted every morning in a friendly polite manner and we were waited on hand and foot by two lovely waiters- Nitin and Prassana. They were so genuine and couldn’t have been more helpful. It was immaculately clean and there was a good choice of food for everyone. We brought a group of students and they LOVED it! Thank you so much!

We arrived in midday’s heat. My wife had a knee replacement recently. The staff were attentive from the person who offered a wheelchair at the car, to the fast check in receptionist. The lobby personnel then helped me to get my wife to our beautiful sea-view room with a lounge that had a view of the new waterfalls and amphitheater across the street. The rooms were clean, smelled fresh and even our bar fridge kept the medication cool. The beach was awesome with warm current, and the swimming pool we wil visit on our return when my wife’s knee is healed. We fell in love with the view but more the staff. Thank you!

This place is perfect. Hotel location is wonderful- in between of mountains and sea. It is also near to other tourist spots and restaurants. The view from the rooms is fantastic. Hotel facilities is good also, the pool is big. There is big gym at the top. Breakfast buffet selection is also good. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staffs are helpful and polite.

Nice view, good service, and the sauna is cool. The best thing tho was the housekeeping lady Topistor, she did such a great job cleaning the room and was super nice and sweet she deserves a raise.

The swimming pool quite busy for kids but anyway my kids really enjoy the time . the dinning area and the food its so delicious and for the pool bar also its nice especially your staff the name is Kumar in the pool bar , every time I'm asking for ice latte he make a nice one ❤ , overall everything was amazing ! We spend an amazing weekend at this hotel. Very clean room, delicious food and excellent service. They sent us a cake to celebrate our anniversary. And I would like to thank the guy at the pool his name is “Nittin” he was very helpful.

We had a great experience in this hotel. Since we arrived we got upgraded to full Seaview room, the service is amazing, staff are polite and have fast response. Mr. Kumar the swimming pool waiter was very kind and helpful, he offered to take our pictures and made a nice video as well 😍! Rooms are neat and clean. Overall good experience, most likely we will visit again soon. 😊

I had an amazing daycation at the resort! View is really calm and soothing! Mountains , sea view and top of all i was pleased with the hospitality of the entire staff! Twinkle on reception and Salah were amazing people, they upgraded our room supporting our little baby! We were provided with a separate baby cot which was secure for the baby! Services were fast! Hamad was amazing in providing us efficient services, breakfast was good, definitely recommend it alot!

I went there with a group of runners as a base for training over the weekend. From start to finish, the hotel was amazing! We had 2 staff members in cars following us with water and food at no extra cost. They really did go the extra mile. Food was good and value for money very good.

We always have an amazing stay in Oceanic. This is our 3rd time staying in their villa. Room is clean with complimentary fruits. Location is perfect. But the best experience always comes from their helpful, friendly staff. Special mention to Elaine, Nithin and Salah. They made our EID holidays extra fab! Thank you!

Rooms are a bit worn out and corridors smell wierd. I think the property needs renovation and deep cleaning . Twinkle and the rest of reception team was very friendly and helpful with our check In. The hostess at all day dining didn't know if they serve A La Carte for dinner. She even didn't know the word QR Code, so she explained with sign language to go to the cafe and scan that thing.

I stayed for one night and had a cracking view over the pool and the beach. The service was excellent and the staff very helpful. The hotel has direct access to the private beach and there were plenty of sun loungers, even though it was busy. Great location and excellent value for money.

No doubt the Oceanin Khorfakkan is a nice place to stay when you visit Khorfakkan. Food are great. one of the staff name Mohamed is very helpful. He always make sure that we have all we need. our experience here is worth a time.

I was in room 401 with a view of the pool and sea. My two-day stay was amazing. The hotel is spotless and accommodating. Everyone I came in contact with had excellent customer service skills. I had a few hick-ups during the trip. However, the staff was accommodating. The breakfast was great, and the breakfast arranging teams was outstanding. The reception guy and cafeteria manager, and his team was excellent service. I will highly recommend this hotel!!!!. It is in a great location.

One of best stay we ever had. We had booked a Deluxe room with partial sea view. The staffs were very friendly and welcoming. The room was very cosy & comfortable Everybody have a smiling face and have helping nature. Our package was included with breakfast and it was really good. Nice place for a weekend getaway, stayed a couple of times already in this property since 2015 & in my most recent visit with my spiritual group, I have seems the quality of service is still at such a great level and the entities team of the hotel keeps customer first approach and try to provide great customer experience. We really enjoyed the place & would definitely keep staying on this property. It’s a place to relax and unwind but if you are looking for a lot of activities and fun stuff then it’s not the place & alcohol isn’t served or even allowed so be mindful.

I visited on a family vacation. Clean facility. Front desk, restaurant, cafe, housekeepers, all staff were warm and friendly and welcoming. Especially the housekeeper Tarun and Afroz gave me a special experience. I appreciate their courteous work. I will enjoy until the last day of my trip.

We only visited for a weekend but I shall return. The room was nice and clean. The beach is fantastic. Swimming pool very nice and service at the swimming pool bar was excellent. We went kayaking and snorkelling. I recommend both but I definitely recommend the guided snorkelling experience which made a lasting memory.

The location is very convenient. Everything else was easy to reach by car. The hotel features a nice and large pool and beach. We really enjoyed the Breakfast with some different things to explore and anika helped us during breakfast. Amazing staff and great stay.

Had a pleasant stay at this resort. Got rooms with a fantastic view of the sea, and the rooms were clean and welcoming. A pleasant girl named Khushi from room service was courteous and prompt. Mohammed at the restaurant was a welcoming face who made every one of our visit to the restaurant enjoyable with his service. The swimming pool was crowded but hey, I was not the only happy customer there. I didn't use the gym but it would only be sufficient enough for some warm up exercises. We had trouble with the door cards frequently and that was the only down side. Overall, a very clean and happy stay, good value for money.

Our room was just beautiful and the view fantastic! Choice of restaurants was great and the food absolutely delicious! The hotel is nice and family friendly. The staff are nice, helpful and friendly. The only comment is the variety of the dishes in the breakfast menu, it needs to be improved and updated to something more worthy of the money.
