Worst place I have ever been in. Absolutely impolite and rigid management. Watch out!!! we tried to get out after 6 months because its way tooo small. (description said 850sq but we measured, its only 600sq) we even told them that we will get another tenant. But no way. They just strictly following contract. but ok. I can understand that a bit but now.....We have a 1 year contract for a lot of money and just found out that our annual leave ends 1 day after our contract. So naturally we asked if we could extend 1 lousy little day because to change our tickets will cost a fortune. We offered to pay for it. Answer from the one in charge Rolland. "NO we are not a hotel" nice!! nice to be treated like this. Customer Service is ZERO in this place! I will NEVER recommend that place to anyone. STAY AWAY!! Oh not to forget the 24h construction noise and a pool that is useless because in the shadow and right beside construction site!! A NIGHTMARE!!!

***** NOT recommended at all!!! ***** At the end it is a big construction site! No chance to sleep at night because they are working the whole night at the buidling next beside the meera tower. Last but not least the managing stuff is completely stubborn, inflexible and useless. Since August 2016 we are waiting for the repair of the balcony door and the curtains. We were promised it will be done immediately when we moved in. Now it is April 2017 and nothing was done...!! Now we want to move out but would need 2 more days (of course we would pay for it) but were told that this is not possible! Thanks Roland! Do yourself a favour and search for another building! :-)

Unfortunately, today we are moving from this beautiful place. We lived in this house for four years and three months. We are very pleased with the house, service and gorgeous view from the windows. The owner of this house did not save on anything, starting with a chic reception, you feel as if you are entering a premium class hotel, all the floors and walls are made of marble, the furniture in the apartments is also not cheap, on the website you can see that the order was made in an expensive furniture shop, in the play area, children can play and adults can work. In general, we are delighted with this house, and we are sad that we are moving from here.

Great facilities and great view, especially the sea view. However, it is the most expensive accommodation in Abu Dhabi. You can get a lovely, spacious apartment in Saadiyat or other way nicer areas with less. The only nice thing there is the polite people at the reception! For a whole year, we were more than punctual. I prepaid the rent and we never complained about anything. The last day of our contract, the maintenance guy came to check, they said everything was fine, and we signed. However, two weeks later, we had to go there to collect the money for the deposit. Firstly, they charged us 150 AED because there was a crack on the top of the card (the card you get into the house). I mean I had it for a whole year and I took a lot of care of it, but it’s a card! I didn’t say anything about that. Then, they charged us for ‘damaged pan and frying pan’. We used them to cook and they just had some scratches! A person who uses pans and frying pans knows that it’s impossible to cook for a year and having pans without minor scratches! Again, I didn’t complain. They charged us for a missing spoon, a missing knife, and a missing chopping board!! Thanks God, I had taken photos of everything before we left. All the spoons were there, all the knifes were there, and of course the chopping board was there. Of course, I showed them the photos and then they started saying that they meant the chopping board was damaged, and not missing. When I asked what they meant, they said it had scratches on!!!! I’m not even joking! This was their excuse! When I said ‘Yes, but it’s a chopping board, we cut things on’, they said ‘Yes, but now we can’t give them to the next one’! When they realised that this was mad, they offered to give me 30 AED back for the chopping board! Of course I did not get the money! It’s not about the money, it’s about the principle!! Definitely not recommending this place! There are way better places in Abu Dhabi with a way better management!

Lovely, neat, serviced apartments with good furnishings. Staff is very courteous and quite welcoming. Neighbors are friendly. The store is convenient but the restaurant has closed. If you have a 2 bedroom apartment, you'll only deal with the construction as you enter and exit the building. You'll also never hear it because the soundproofing is great, even between rooms within your unit. I don't know very much about the 1 bedroom units. The game room is a really nice feature during the summer when you don't feel like going outside or if you just want some company. I can't say enough about how kind and attentive Rolland and Mohamed have been. Also maintenance has responded very quickly to all of my requests and done an excellent job. Security welcomes each guest home as if you're part of the family, which is nice when you're me to the region. Overall, this is a lovely place that will be even better when the construction nearby ends.

Maybe not the best positioned residence in the city, but definetely gives you one of the best sunrises and picture-perfect night views over the city. The conditions are very good, I think the only negative is that you have to pay extra for Gas(if you want to cook) and Internet.

The best accommodation in ABU DHABI, New Management It's MAAM Facilities Management.. Activities Area, Pool, Gym, Grocery, construction of main road almost finished.. awesome community! You will find high profile tenants :-) Activities Area very convenient for families who wants to have fun kids and adults are welcome. Very Clean place.
