Hotel experience is good but rooms are bit cozy actually. But the service of staff is so good. They need to work over oily food. It was bit too oily for sure all of us experienced it. They should focus on more less oil and healthy salads for health conscious Guest's to be honest. Else the view from hotel is amazing just opp. Mandvi beach only.

Great service , Shramika was always there at service with her smiling face everyday at breakfast . I had a 4 days stay and it was a peaceful serene experience. Sea Fan is the best hotel to stay whenever you are in Ratnagiri. Kudos to all staff for their excellent service.

Wow super Great experience, food is also very good and not greasy. Chaitali was waiter for us for breakfast and lunch who was caring and giving us best service and staff are friendly. All other staff were very good and great hospitality we have ever seen.

Best of location as it is beach front. Rooms are clean and big. Front office staff is a bit rigid as they do not prefer to compromise on the locational advantage. But very polite and friendly service staff. A bit pricing compared to the overall city prices. Overall a 50-50 value for money experience.

Rooms are good but the bathrooms are too small and one cannot bath comfortably there.the mandvi beach is very crowded in the evening. There is no covered car parking. Some of the rooms AC is not working so we had to switch the rooms twice. Overall staff is supportive and nice. You may get a sea tide sound in the hotel room at night.

The best hotel in Ratnagiri i have stayed so far. The location is amazing, the cleanliness is at par, the rooms are good and the staff is extremely friendly and cooperative. The best part is that the staff is extremely helpful and always smiling.

The location is very good just near the Mandvi beach. The view is nice from the room. The size of room is good. Bathroom could have been better. The services were very good. Staffs were very polite. Overall, a nice experience.

Rooms are better. Service is moderate. They have kept all what you need to make tea or coffee but there is no hot water kettle to prepare it. Food is good.

Some rooms have direct view of the beach and some of the rooms have sea view from the sides. Overall good experience.

Internet was not working during our stay. Ruchita, Deepika, Aishwarya and Bhaudip at restaurant offered excellent service. Kudos to all ladies managed team.
