I visited Blaze, a bowling arcade, with high expectations of having a fun and relaxing time. However, I was very disappointed by the experience, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The first problem I encountered was the staff. They were very rude and unprofessional. The second problem was the price. It was too expensive for the quality of service and equipment. I had to pay a lot for 1 round of bowling, which is more than double the average rate in other arcades. I felt like I was being ripped off. The third problem was the machines. They were not working correctly, and they ruined my game. The scoreboard did not count the score correctly and it became stuck entirely after a few rounds. The ball machine was also not working correctly,and it gave no balls at all and stopped working after some time. I wasted a lot of time waiting for the staff to fix the machines. This problem was faced by the people even in the next lane. In conclusion, Blaze is a terrible bowling arcade that does not deserve your time or money. It has rude staff, high prices and faulty machines. I would highly recommend visiting someplace else.

It has 4 bowling lanes and the place is always packed. It maybe a bit over priced but with good recharge options for the card you can enjoy other games and one more plus point- the same card works for funky island as well. So you can go and enjoy bumper cars as well.

Today visited Blaaze because it’s near to rohini but experience was not good staff was rude and expensive too. Extremely disappointed. Small area some time felt suffocated. You can visit one time only. No to next time.

It is truly disheartening to see the investors' hard-earned money being ruined due to the lack of training in the staff at BLAAZE game zone. The way they communicate with customers is unprofessional and discourteous, as they seem to lack basic communication skills. As customers, we come to this place to enjoy and have a good time, especially in the bowling area. However, with the untrained staff, our experience is greatly affected and it is a pity to see the potential of this place being wasted. One can only hope that the team at BLAAZE receives some help and guidance from above to improve their services and make it a more pleasant experience for their customers.

We had terrific experience at our son's B'day party at BLAAZE, Pacific Mall, NSP. Must visit place. You will have a BLAST !!! Music n Ambience is too good. 👌😊 Gurpreet ma'am was extremely polite n guided us well for the event. 👌👏👏👏

Good arcade. With bowling being the best and 360 vr ride being the close second. Though had to wait for 2 hr for bowling on sunday, but was worth it, had dinner in that time frame.
