I
am
writing
to
express
my
extreme
dissatisfaction
with
my
recent
stay
at
your
hotel.
My
experience
was
far
below
the
standard
I
expected
and
I
am
disappointed
by
the
level
of
service
I
received.
When
I
finally
received
my
room
key,
I
was
disappointed
to
find
that
the
room
was
not
cleaned
to
a
satisfactory
level
and
lot
many
mosquitoes.
There
was
dust
on
the
furniture,
and
the
bathroom
was
in
a
poor
condition
with
no
toiletries
and
faulty
water
tapes.
Additionally,
the
breakfast
served
at
your
hotel
was
not
up
to
the
mark.
The
food
was
cold
and
tasteless,
with
limited
options
to
choose
from.
This
was
particularly
disappointing
as
we
had
expected
better
quality.
Even
the
hotel
staff
was
very
Rude,
particular
G.M
of
the
Hotel.
He
clearly
don't
seem
to
have
basic
manners
on
how
to
talk
with
Guest.
We
had
a
small
baby
accompanying
us,
and
we
asked
for
a
creeb
and
even
that
wasn't
present.
Overall,
my
stay
at
your
hotel
was
an
unpleasant
experience,
and
I
am
extremely
dissatisfied
with
the
level
of
service
I
received.
I
hope
you
will
take
my
feedback
seriously
and
take
steps
to
improve
the
quality
of
your
services
for
future
guests.
