Visited the hospital in emergency today at about 8.15pm but astonished to note that the medical officer on duty didn't bother even to check the patient. In stead doing his own internal eork whereas the official sitting on the counter of emergency was very courteous despite the fact of being an unknown person. If this is the situation of newly opened hospital, what services can be expected in future. Totally disgusting.

On 10th of March’23 my mother was admitted in Park hospital Patiala due to chest pain and later on she was diagnosed with cardiac arrest attack. She was immediately taken care by Cardiologist along with hospital staff. In the ward, samples for all the tests were taken with extreme care of my mother. I have observed Outstanding care at this hospital.When she was taken for surgery doctors explained the full procedure to us and said everything will taken care of.After surgery when I met my mother she was very relaxed and much more motivated by doctors It was a comfortable stay.
