I cannot in good conscience recommend AK Suites as a place to stay due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff. During my visit, a security guard made an inappropriate comment that left me feeling shocked and uncomfortable. Additionally, I did not encounter a single staff member with a friendly demeanor, with the exception of the food and beverage employee. In terms of hospitality, I would give AK Suites a mere 10% rating. However, I must acknowledge that the restrooms were spacious and the amenities provided were satisfactory. Despite these positives, the negative experiences with the staff overshadowed any potential benefits of staying at this establishment.

Nice hotel with clean rooms and good food. Staff's nature is also good.

The location is bad as there is a local market on the weekends and the whole road is blocked. Plus there is almost next to none space for parking . Although the rooms are amazing and there was a lot of hygiene and cleanliness maintenance as well. The food is also great. Just the location was the issue .

Room are Clean and Safe to stay, location was also good and easy to commute to anywhere from this place. Food was also awesome. Overal guest will enjoy stay here.

The good: Food was good, rooms and linen was fairly clean, location was convenient, some of the staff was brilliant and very courteous. The bad: The housekeeping staff would ask all my guests anytime they would step out of the hotel if they were checking out. Morning breakfast service was quite slow and in chaos on one day and fairly smooth on the second. Too much room freshener was used, needed to ensure that they don’t spray more. The Ugly: The security staff stopped my guests claiming some bill was unpaid while after clarifying with the receptionist it was cleared that it was not ours. There is construction going on and it is extremely noisy in the day. The room at the last of the row is extremely noisy if any event is going on outside.

On 31st Aug...I wanted to celebrate a very very special day for a friend plus wanted to stay the night for old times sake As I have stayed here many times precovid. After check in...as i mentioned it was a very important day for us and we wanted to surprise a good friend so a few of friends (all medicos) came in for the surprise. Immediately i got a call from the reception that visitors not allowed. Since the friend whom we wanted to surprise was on her way...i requested the receptionist to give me 15 mins...we will surprise wish my friend and all will leave soon after. She was rude and again asked all visitors to leave. We were desperate as our friend was just 5 mins away and we had no time to change the venue so I ran down to 2nd floor reception and again requested her to give us 15 mins...the moment we all wish our friend...all will leave. She was adamant despite assurance that we will not make any sound or create confusion. All we needed was 15 mins. In desperation I asked her to call the manager while I rushed back to the room as our friend was almost there. As soon as we finished surprising our friend and wished her...the manager came up to the room and was equally rude. Since we had finished our surprise...i told him that all will leave in 10 mins. He got even more ruder , looked at his watch and told me you have 7 mins to leave as if he was talking to a beggar. Yes, on technical grouds...they were right but I have never been more embarrassed and humiliated. I had told my friends that I will book AK Suites for this special day and Ak suites ruined it for me. All my friends were planning to come back in the evening and have dinner on rooftop but after this incident they refused to come back. I am 52 years old and have traveled good part of the world to the world's finest hotels but never have I have ever been humiliated like this. I again repeat...according to the rules they were correct but service industry is more than following rules...its about keeping customer's happy and all I had asked (almost begged) was for 15-20 mins for my friends to be in my room. Congrats AK suites...you won on technical ground but lost your goodwill and respect. Not to mention years of business these medico would have given you.

Nice rooms, clean but no windows. No natural light. It gets very claustrophobic and stuffy. You don't know whether it is 6 am or 10 am in the morning as there is no light entering the room and it is pitch dark with the lights off. There are no windows and natural light not just in the room, but even in the corridors and the entire floor. Lack of fresh air is very concerning, however thankfully there is no bad smell. Washroom is nice, but no toiletries provided. For the price, and with some minor adjustments, it could be better.

Amazing experience...... We organised our father's retirement party and experience was very good.....best hotel for small gathering in patiala.... beautiful decoration and interior....food and service was also very good... definitely recommended👍👍👍

A mediocre hotel without basic hospitality and decency. The management does not know the concept of hospitality. A Hotel which does not have a dining place, laundry service and other basic needs which one should have, but to my surprise charges same as much others having these basic qualities. 1. Rooms-Average size but stuffy. Cleaning is an issue and generally they suffer from bad odor. 2. Food - Above average. 3. Landry service-Not available. 4. Front desk staff-All but one are rude and frustrated I don't know why. First answer to any basic need is "allowed nai hai".

Worst place to stay in patiala , staff is so unco-operative , rooms are just worthless & Worst of the worst part is that this Restaurant has a Banquet hall in which there's some or the other parties going on with Live DJ & because of which the loud DJ music vibrates all the walls & stuffs inside the room, I was literally unable to sleep & DJ was live till almost 1 AM in the night. Just stay away from this Worst place forever.

The rooms are clean and the staff is very nice and courteous. Special shout out to Gagan and Shefali for making our stay comfortable.

Very non-cooperative staff....Rooms have all the amenities but very much stinky and suffocating room...staff behaviour very very poor they don't have solution if any problem arise. Don't ever recommend to anyone. Very much unprofessional staff

Not recommended for any of your events. They spoil my event and money with their bad staff and fake commitments. Don't allow them to spoil your event, only you know how important the event is for you. NOT RECOMMENDED -Third-class services and dealing -They are only greedy for money. -They are not thinking about your special event.

I celebrated my Daughter's 1st birthday the hospitality by the hotel was great. Food was superb and was appreciated by each guest. Thanks for the making the day so special.

Rooms don’t have windows. You can experience how living in a cardboard box feels like. They don’t provide toiletries like soap. Towels are dirty. They don’t clean the room unless u specifically go l to the reception on 2nd floor and hand them your key card. They don’t provide water in the room unless you specifically ask for it. And that water will be charged to you unless you notice it during the check out and you fight them to remove it. The staff is a bunch of young kids who don’t understand anything other than Punjabi and don’t want to help you. Overall it’s like an OYO but with less service and amenities.

I had my engagement party at Hotel AK Suites and let me tell you everybody fell in love with the hall. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the decor was so lush and elegant. People will not stop telling me how gorgeous everything was. Thank you Ak Suites for making my occasion so beautiful and fun!!!! I will definitely be having more parties here to come!! I recommend to everyone to celebrate your special event in this hotel.

Breakfast variety restricted to anyone item as complimentary No much variety of breakfast available,limited with few Ordering and delivering time is too huge gap Which will impact the our daily planned activity But hotel rooms is clean

I visited the hotel 1st of March.The staff was not cooperative at all , they made argument regarding food.Online booking stated buffet breakfast but staff refused to provide the buffet and forced us to order limited proportion (equivalent to a single person’s diet while we were to person).
