wanted
to
celebrate
a
very
very
special
day
for
a
friend
plus
wanted
to
stay
the
night
for
old
times
sake
As
I
have
stayed
here
many
times
precovid.
After
check
in...as
i
mentioned
it
was
a
very
important
day
for
us
and
we
wanted
to
surprise
a
good
friend
so
a
few
of
friends
(all
medicos)
came
in
for
the
surprise.
Immediately
i
got
a
call
from
the
reception
that
visitors
not
allowed.
Since
the
friend
whom
we
wanted
to
surprise
was
on
her
way...i
requested
the
receptionist
to
give
me
15
mins...we
will
surprise
wish
my
friend
and
all
will
leave
soon
after.
She
was
rude
and
again
asked
all
visitors
to
leave.
We
were
desperate
as
our
friend
was
just
5
mins
away
and
we
had
no
time
to
change
the
venue
so
I
ran
down
to
2nd
floor
reception
and
again
requested
her
to
give
us
15
mins...the
moment
we
all
wish
our
friend...all
will
leave.
She
was
adamant
despite
assurance
that
we
will
not
make
any
sound
or
create
confusion.
All
we
needed
was
15
mins.
In
desperation
I
asked
her
to
call
the
manager
while
I
rushed
back
to
the
room
as
our
friend
was
almost
there.
As
soon
as
we
finished
surprising
our
friend
and
wished
her...the
manager
came
up
to
the
room
and
was
equally
rude.
Since
we
had
finished
our
surprise...i
told
him
that
all
will
leave
in
10
mins.
He
got
even
more
ruder
,
looked
at
his
watch
and
told
me
you
have
7
mins
to
leave
as
if
he
was
talking
to
a
beggar.
Yes,
on
technical
grouds...they
were
right
but
I
have
never
been
more
embarrassed
and
humiliated.
I
had
told
my
friends
that
I
will
book
AK
Suites
for
this
special
day
and
Ak
suites
ruined
it
for
me.
All
my
friends
were
planning
to
come
back
in
the
evening
and
have
dinner
on
rooftop
but
after
this
incident
they
refused
to
come
back.
I
am
52
years
old
and
have
traveled
good
part
of
the
world
to
the
world's
finest
hotels
but
never
have
I
have
ever
been
humiliated
like
this.
I
again
repeat...according
to
the
rules
they
were
correct
but
service
industry
is
more
than
following
rules...its
about
keeping
customer's
happy
and
all
I
had
asked
(almost
begged)
was
for
15-20
mins
for
my
friends
to
be
in
my
room.
Congrats
AK
suites...you
won
on
technical
ground
but
lost
your
goodwill
and
respect.
Not
to
mention
years
of
business
these
medico
would
have
given
you.
