It's basically 3 🌟 hotel having 3 🌟 services. Hotel management totally money minded, they have lack of Rajasthan hospitality. And non coperative. Reception area not having AC and even fans. Hotel staff is good but restrict by there management. They will not provide early check-in even after paying 4000 extra on normal booking. I have payed 4000 extra on booking still they not provide early check-in and breakfast. They can spoil your day.

Hotel staff is super courteous, and service is awesome. The property and food is also super good. I will highly recommend the place. Only lacking part was washrooms, which I think should be face lifted and modernised a bit

Anuraaga palace exceeded our expectations on all aspects! Especially with the service! The staff were very kind and enthusiastic to oblige our requests! They were very accommodative and made our stay absolutely perfect!! Food was excellent! Especially the masala tea and all the barbecue items! The overall ambience of the hotel is majestic and oozes royalty. 100% would recommend others to stay here. And we will also be back here on our next trip to Ranthambore! Thank you to all the staff at Anuraaga Palace, Sawai Madhopur.

Good hotel, with palatial feel to it. We opted for a continental plan(room+breakfast). Breakfast had a lot of options, and all were tasty. Hospitality was gracious. Could be more cost effective, though.

Stayed at the Clark’s villas with a bunch of friends for my best friends wedding. The service was great! Staff so helpful and welcoming. A great event space for a wedding with so many options of indoor and outdoor.

Don’t go with “luxury” here. From any perspective it’s not a luxury property, it’s just a sugar coated 3 star property. Hospitality is poor. They are not here to provide any service to their guests. They are just doing their minimum duty. They have count on water bottles also that they will not give more than 2 per day. In the summer times, how can they expect the guests to be limited with just 2 bottles per day. Food is very very spicy and oily that it will upset your stomach and still no water bottles! Once the food is finished, they will take hours to refill in the buffet. During check out, they are least bothered of you as guests are moving out, so zero service. No one came for bags pickup from room while check out. In the sports room too, there were no shuttle room for badminton and even fans were not working. So, overall it’s NOT A VALUE FOR MONEY property.

Lovely place, food was good and staff were wonderful. Avoid the 3rd floor bar, or stick to bottled drinks like Beer or Wine. The Spirits were highly diluted. Overall, Shashi was really helpful and we had an amazing trip

If u want to visit Ranthambore then this is the hotel to stay. It's one of the oldest hotel of Ranthambore and it's close enough to Safari park. Staff was quite friendly. It has nice ambience and clean rooms. Food was very delicious. Overall nice experience.

The hotel is clean and nice located in the city. The ambience is not as expected as during our visit their was a small event in the hotel which was too loud ,people were drinking and singing in the lobby. On complaining the staff said you can change the seat if you want. The music was loud and lasted almost around 12am . The entrance is not as per the videos shared online. The stay was not value for money as you don’t find the peace which you visit for , no scenic view of the jungle

The rooms are not maintained well. They either smelled like they have been closed off for 50 years or they smelled like someone used the rooms as their washrooms to do number 1 openly. The filtration system needs to be updated and there needs to be more air flow in the rooms. The staff was nice to show us multiple rooms and to accommodate with whatever they have but all the rooms had the same issue causing my entire family to get sick from the low ventilation and the ancient filtration system that sat there collecting mold in all. We went for the breakfast and dinner package but were not happy with the limited food choices and the way that the food was cooked. I.e. the gulab jamun had lots of milk powder that was not mixed properly. We could taste the milk powder balls that were not mixed while eating. This is hands down a 2 to 2.5 star hotel, not a Resort that for some reason has the rating of a 4 star "Resort". If well managed and cleaned, this could definitely be a 5 star resort but it's very visible that the management has not been putting much effort in this place.

We were 2 couples with 2 year olds. We stayed in their premium thematic suites and the treatment we got specially at their restaurant was shocking. Room With the frequent electricity cuts we faced water supply issue in our room. I went for a shower and the water supply reduced to minimal. And when I took my baby for a shower there was no water at all. They provide you with only 2 bottles of bottled water. After that they will send regular water in unsealed bottles. Restaurant It runs on the directions of the head chef Mr Satbir Singh who is a fat man with a moustache in black attire. With Low mentality and unprofessional attitude he stands right there in the hall giving directions to the junior staff how to unfollow the service requests of the guests. If we ask for packing a piece of food item for a child it will be rejected. It felt like I asked for his kidney instead of a piece of dosa or parantha. A piece of foil is prohibited. My child would just not eat at the restaurant but when my child stayed for free I thought I was entitled for his food at the restaurant but no. It felt like we were begging for kids food to be packed. We started with 29th September and our first lunch. Since there were hardly any occupancy that day so there was no buffet. When asked, one of the junior staff said we could order anything from ala carte. When we did, the chef came to inform us we cannot order pizza or anything from tandoori and there were order restrictions which were nowhere mentioned and he gave us choices at the moment. Humble request- Do not book food packages in advance at this property as they treat precooked packages as free food! They respectfully serve only ala carte tables! Their buffet menu is also limited and not upto the mark. We payed 14.5k per night and stayed for 3 nights. At that price we expected good food & service and a memorable time with family & friends. But this resort was highly disappointing and it is nowhere near luxury. The mentality of hotel management is very stingy & of of cost cutting. The evening hi-tea is just tea coffee biscuits. No snacks included. Pool Dirty water with pigeons hovering all the time to quench their thirst. They claim to be 4 star when they are not even worthy of a 3 star. Go at your own risk.

I stayed there for 4 days . The staff was not so good as he was very rude to us one day but the food was good . The service was quite low at first 2 days but other 2 days they served well . There were other activities like magic show and pottery . This is a nice resort .

This is a 3.5 star place with prices of a 5 star property. Food has very limited options and taste is also just average. The veg food is better than non veg.

Picturesque palatial setting, great barbecue food with tandoor on rooftop, pretty and clean rooms. Great hospitality and lovely hotel entertainment. Mr Pramod Naithani the General Manager was very kind and generous. We had a lovely stay. 10/10 would recommend.

The hotel itself is nice, rooms feel a little old and gloomy but are decent enough. The food was surprisingly really good and cheap. There's tea in the afternoon with cultural activities in the courtyard which is nice for a little while. This has nothing to do with the hotel, but the Safaris aren't what you expect. There's very slim chances of seeing a tiger, they're awfully cold in the morning, and the guides aren't even sharing useful information on the history of the park or any other animal. Spending this much time just to see a tiger cross the road in front of you is definitely not worth it in my opinion. Want a real safari? Go elsewhere in Africa, this is not the place.

The location is fantastic. It is situated close to a city. has a strong network. Processes are reasonably priced—by standards. The service is excellent, and the cuisine is delicious. Despite having a good design, the rooms are beginning to look worn. The fixtures and restrooms are once more covered in plaque and have strangely challenging flushes. All staff are very very supportive and copretive. Highly recommended for stay here and good wedding and pre-wedding destination. Thank you

The hotel has good rooms ,cleanliness is ok but in recreation they had broken tt table with broken racket and ball, the gym equipments is broken . for the price of 10000 per day it is not keeping that standards

Pleasant stay...though a little expensive. A waiter in the kitchen is a bit too inquisitive which is quite annoying. Food is good. Little more effort on cleanliness is required. Fairly good overall.

It's a 3 star property which is maintained to pretend like a 4 star property. Starting with the pros first: Pros 1) Good room size 2) Ambience is good 3) Food is good in taste 4) Location advantage Cons: 1) You need to call the housekeeping for TV as it won't work by yourself 2) WiFi get disconnect after few hours and you need to reach out them again n again for rested WiFi details. When you ask why this is happening then they will say no sir you can access it on the basis of your booking details. I ended up using my mobile network hotspot for my laptop. 3) bathrooms can be upgraded for the price customer is paying.

Beautiful property which gave us Rajasthan palace vibes. Staff was extremely sweet and cooperative. Food and other facilities were decent too compared to other properties in the area. Would definitely recommend this

the palace is really very beautifully crafted, neat and clean. Gives vibes of palace. however I didn't find the staff so cooperative compared to likes of other palaces in Rajasthan. also in general people of the city are very rude so better plan and confirm everything over mail

The place is a great experience. It is located near the city. Has good network. Process are affordable - by standards. The food is great and the staff is really helpful. They are however under staffed for a full occupancy and the breakfast is fairly limited. The rooms are well designed but are starting to show wear. The fittings and bathroom are again showing plaque buildup and oddly difficult to use flushes. Parking again is limited.

Very nice resort with well appointed rooms. Spacious rooms, drinking water available, quite friendly staff by attitude Staff aren't well trained and some things take forever to happen. We had 3 water kettles changed before they got one that worked Food was pretty average in all but repeat orders for rotis would take a really long time While they seem to be marketing as a destination wedding location clearly they're not really equipped to handle the crowd
