Cheval Three Quays Location: Tower of London Absolutely one of my favorite hotels to stay in. The service was impeccable, and they were all very kind and easy to talk to. At this location you were very close to a lot of sightseeing areas such as Tower of London, tower bridge, sky Garden in the walkie-talkie building, The Shard at 360 view (a must to see!) and very close to the underground to take you anywhere you would like to go. The room we had on the 8th floor and was a mini apartment. We did pay extra for the River view but truly well worth it! Stunning view of the sunrise coming through the Tower Bridge. What I love was the mini kitchenette. They provided milk, bread, snacks, cheese, meat and more which was unexpected. They have a nice vanity area for me to dry my hair and do my make up, and I absolutely loved the design of the bathroom as well. Downstairs they always have taxis nearby if you need to use one but overall we use the underground the entire time. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful or romantic weekend.

The location and room are perfect however the sad side is the front receptionist service turned the whole experience down. Upon booking we have requested for a higher level of room for more privacy and better view (booked for special occasion) however get told it was fully booked hence only have level 2 left. When down for food and overheard the guest behind us get to have 5U room. Try to ask the night shift male receptionist with glasses, and i have been told due to i only booked for one night i don’t get to have per requested. With the amount of money i paid for and with such a terrible service. It’s not worth the money to stay at this hotel/apartment. It would be better staying in any other 5 stars hotels.

Great apartments to stay in and an absolute must if you have kids you want in a separate room. Great views across the Tower of London and the river. Although this is luxury accommodation I’m not convinced it is 5* as the final attention to detail was not there, as there was a leek in the master bedroom which had obviously been going on for a while as you could see staying on the floor, there was a razor blade in the draw in the entrance lobby and a bulb was out. All minor but equally should have been picked up on the turn around. I would say though I would decently stay here again.

The room was beautiful. Comfortable. Front desk staff were great. However, myself and my husband had two pairs of AirPods stolen directly from our room. It’s assumed this was done by housekeeping as there was no one else in our room at any time. The manager “investigated” however nothing came of it. No compensation was offered and we are out $600 of AirPods. They simply told us to try to claim it with insurance or police report. For such an expensive hotel I am completely shocked this has happened and so disappointed . We were even able to show them going offline in my find my Apple app. And still nothing is offered. Anyways, use the safe for absolutely everything as it seems some staff can’t be trusted.

We made a great decision selecting Cheval Three Quays at Tower location for our girl's trip. The property is clean and updated. And the staff are professional and helpful. We rented the 2 bedroom 2 bath which also came with 2 balconies. The bedrooms were well appointed and had a functional window. I found there to be plenty closet space and both rooms were equipped with a television. The bedding was perfect for winter weather and a comfortable nights sleep. The bathrooms were spacious and came with a warming towel rack. The main bathroom had an overhead and handheld shower head. The water pressure was good and water temperature great. Bath sheets were provided which are plus size friendly. The robes were not plus size friendly which is typical. FYI the tub is tall so requires a large step into the tub. Bath stocked with full size hand and body soap, lotion and shampoo. Did I mention how spacious it is? The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer (separate). The dryer worked well I did not use the washer. Room is big enough to store your luggage if you over packed like us lol. The living room is a great size with an amazing view especially when dark out and everything is lit up. The TV works well and gets a good amount of stations. The Bluetooth radio was perfect. FYI the couch sits low so if you are tall it's like a really deep squat. It was comfortable and relaxing to watch the Uber boats from that position. The kitchen was everything and more. FYI there is a book in the drawer with instructions for using the oven, stove and microwave. I didn't read it but I'm sure it's helpful. All appliances worked well. If you pick up groceries you will find most everything you need to prepare your meal/s. Shout out to property management and staff for providing bread, milk, cheese, juice, fruit, salami and fruit spread! Overall I had a great experience at Cheval Three Quays and definitely recommend this property. It's a plus for families and groups who seek the amenities provided here. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Treat Yo Self! We are not fancy people but we planned an overseas trip to London with little kids and I wanted an amazing apartment experience in case my kids didn't do well with sightseeing. This hotel is worth every penny and not that much more than an airbnb or something else with a kitchen. I was a little nervous about being at the tower bridge v. the west end, but it ended up being absolutely amazing because we got to see both parts of the city. This hotel is WORTH IT, it's not like you go to London every day (unless maybe you do).

The lobby is really small, and the receptionist's attitude is very bad. When I was waiting for my friends, I sat in the lobby and the receptionist asked me if I had anything to do. The facilities in the room are just like that. There is really a better choice at this price. To be honest, I just want to see the tower bridge. I went to the river at night to see the same thing. I don't recommend coming to this hotel to earn money from the guests and show my face. I really don't know where the superiority and nobility come from.

25 days since us checked out and the guarantee withheld by them hasn't been released. Tired of email exchange with the front office. And it's not the bank's fault, checked this already. What can I say: I guess you can earn some extra money from the interest? Or just lack of interest regarding customers' satisfaction? Anyway, this is a reason good enough for me to stay away from this service provider next time I visit London.

Cheval Three Quays was awesome. The room is super comfortable, one of the nicest places like this I've ever stayed and I've stayed in a few. The location is great, right across from Starbucks so when you get there with jet lag, you can easily go out and grab a coffee and come back in 1min. Of course it's also right next to Tower of London, so a tour there is super easy. All the rooms have total black out shades and curtains, and this place was super quiet. I heard one siren once, that's it. It had a fully stocked kitchen, microwave, oven, coffee maker, everything. Washer and dryer with supplied soap pods! Heater and AC. Super Comfy couch with a TV in all rooms and tons of great channels. Excellent multi device no login page Wi-Fi at 40Mbit/s. I was able to stream my own device from USA there no problems. The shower was amazing, super strong water pressure nice and hot. Very comfy restrooms, I had 2 in the 2bd apartment we had. The beds were great, no problems there . We had a city view, not the river view and still loved it. We had a great view of the Starbucks and also side view of the Tower at night. The windows opened too for nice flow of air. There was ethernet ports too in the bedroom and the kitchen, but I did not try them. There was a nice desk area in every room and the hallway if you wanted to setup a laptop, but kitchen table was better for that imo. All the lights have dimmers, and were high end led recessed lighting. This place was big too, very spacious long hallway thick doors. The only downside is getting back to there from out shopping via taxi could be 20-30 min but for us it was no big deal, after shopping it was nice to relax and take a taxi ride back and watch the people. We had some Indian food delivered there the first night and it was amazing, great food is nearby and they will deliver it and it's professionally packaged. We didn't try the gym, but they have one as well. Great place!

Perfect! Location is good, just next to Tower of London, 5 mins from Tower Hill Station and with ⁰eateries nearby. We booked the two room apartment, and the room is huge, more than 1k feet. Amenities were good, covered mos of what we needed. Front desk officers were friendly and helpful. They gave us a warm welcome. . Kudos! Keep up the good work!!!

One of the best stays in central London. The mere fact that you can sip a cup of coffee while looking at the Thames river and Tower of London from your balcony is a unique experience in itself. Loved the cleanliness, staff was very friendly and the apartment was equipped with everything necessary. Highly recommend accomodation. ❤️

The views was amazing. The rooms are fine. The 3rd bedroom was smaller with no on-suite. Clean apartment, friendly staff as well as house keeping. Would happily return.

This place is top shelf. We booked two rooms, they ended being different but still great. The second room ended up being a 2 bedroom suite. Both have very modern small kitchenettes. Perfect location right next to the Tower of London and lots of restaurants.

Great experience with Cheval Three Quays. The staff was amazing and warm. Close to Tube and Bus lines for easy transport around the city. Rented a two bed two bath apartment with views of the Tower of London and Tower Bridge.

I recommend trying Cheval Three Quays as its just a short walk to the best restaurants in London. Also, don't miss the sunrise; it's a sight you won't forget! The hotel has the best reviews.

The most amazing views of both The Tower of London, Tower Bridge, The Shard and HMS Belfast from your balcony. It's not cheap but location and views cannot be beaten.

The reception checkin executive was very rude. The fellow was non stop being really annoying and rude. Made us wait for hours for checkin. Really pathetic service. The room was good but the experience was really bad.

Fabulous 5 star apartment hotel, with Great spaces, Rooms, and amenities. Staff at reception and House keeping were friendly and Helpful. I requested to get a baby cot and a double bedroom in the 2nd bedroom instead of twin beds and when I arrived every thing was ready. Check in took less than 5 minutes. The location is in a walking distance to main restaurants and cafes, in addition its very convenient to main London transportation (Tube and Trains. I have stayed multiple times, and even though its Pricey, but its luxurious style and the magnificent views beats other central london 5 star hotels and indeed it deserves every penny. We Really Enjoyed our stay here with our two kids and would return again and again. ( we stayed in a 2 Deluxe bedroom)

Cheval Three Quays is a beautiful hidden gem with the most amazing view in London. The penthouse suite is luxurious and has a spectacular terrace with clear views of Tower Bridge, The Shard and The Millennium Bridge. The team provided impeccable service. Only go if you want a truly memorable experience! Highly recommended.

Nice place to live. We’ve stayed here a few times. However, I felt the Maintainence and service this time was not as good as the past few times we have stayed here. Maybe COVID has taken a toll. The 2 bedroom apartment this time had a very very small sitting area and felt very cramped up. River view is nice but specifically mention tower view. Cause for the amount we paid, I would have expected a tower bridge view and a bigger sitting area in the hall.

We arrived and was pleasantly surprised to hear that they upgraded us free of charge 🙌 our suite was facing the Tower of London and Tower Bridge, with two balconies!! The house keeping was impeccable, the front staff and concierge were extremely helpful ,and very pleasant can't wait to stay there again 🙌

I was so lucky to have stayed in this wonderful place for a year (business+vacation), and I'd like to say this is the best experience I've had ever! The location is perfect no matter if you are on a business trip or just want to enjoy the stunning view of Tower Bridge/River Thames, the room is decorated with modern style with all the things you'd expect in your own apartment. The staffs here were also friendly and helpful, always responsive to any requests. I can definitely recommend this place!

We moved into an apartment here in January 2020 and stayed until September. The staff were absolutely admirable in the way they dealt with the lockdown, which really helped us with having a very comfortable stay during the pandemic. Everyone was exceedingly lovely and helpful and patient with all our packages. The apartment was a nice size and no one ever felt like we were on top of one another. There is ample space and storage and I thought it was a huge perk to have the washer and dryer in a dedicated laundry and pantry room. The location is great - lots of restaurants and bars on the north side of the river and the south side of the river and Borough Market is only a 15-minute walk away. All amenities provided were of high quality. We were incredibly lucky to be able to stay there for as long as we did. Thank you everyone for making our stay so comfortable and nice. Crystal & James, 6C.
