Without a doubt the best hotel experience I have ever had. Excellent location, nice rooms, but the best feature of all was the hotel staff. 7 family members stayed in 4 rooms for a week and the service was spectacular. From the Bellmen, front desk staff, housekeeping and restaurant staff everyone was great. We will be back.

Stayed on three separate occasions for business. I highly recommend the efficiency and comfort of this property. The rooms are spacious especially for London and you can’t beat the opportunity to walk along the Thames. I often take advantage of going to the Tate Modern and taking in the theatre nearby. Easy walk to the Tube station or to the City. The buffet is good and I have also had dinner here on occasion. Great housekeeping and room amenities. I love the rotating gallery and the art that is hung throughout the property.

Awesome Marriott hotel. Definitely on more expensive side of scale - but the service was great. Every Monday-Thursday 5-6pm there is complimentary wine hour for guests. Good breakfast options. Stylish interior and rooms. And decent location - next to Blackfriars train station.

We had a wonderful stay here! We have committed to sticking to Marriott hotels when we travel and this was the best one we’ve ever stayed at. The staff made us feel so welcomed as soon as we arrived. They even made us lattes during check in. We’d made a note that we were celebrating our anniversary and they sent champagne and sweets to our room, as well as decorated the bed with flower petals. The location isn’t super close to most tourist attractions but the tube is just a short walk away which made it easy to get around! The room was very nice. The drinking water station in the hallway was such a nice touch. I love that it’s a sustainable choice, as oppose to plastic water bottles.

Amazing experience at the Bankside Hilton. Sounds strange but I would never have put it as a Hilton as it feels like a boutique hotel rather than a chain. Our room was incredible. The bed was super comfortable and huge! There was also sonos in the bathroom so it was great to have a shower and listen to music. Small thing but makes a difference. The room was also quiet. Even though it’s a large hotel in the centre of London it didn’t feel like we could hear other guests. As soon as we shut the door it was really peaceful. On arrival when checking in they also make small gestures such as a glass of Prosecco and a pick and mix bar for the kids. The bar that’s part of the hotel is also a great place to sit and relax in the evening and do some great cocktails. When we next come to London we will definitely be booking again. We’ve already recommended it to other friends and family for their visits and they’ve all said the same about their visits. Another benefit for staying here is that it’s close to some great London experiences and markets. So it’s an ideal base to explore London.

Great hotel part of the Marriott group. The rooms are practically brand new with great decor. Really enjoyed their English breakfast. Well located. I’ll be back on my next trip in.

We checked in for two nights with our toddler. This hotel is in a great location, near cafes, pubs, tourist attractions and Waterloo station. The service was great. Staff super friendly and attentive. The room we had didn't have a great view. We could see adjacent apartment blocks. I guess we could have paid more for a proper view though. The interior is beautifully decorated with attention to detail. Bed really comfy. Premium towels provided. The sofa bed wasn't comfy for adult (5'9) but fine for small children. Also fresh water was provided in the hallways and fully operational. Overall the hotel is super well maintained.

This isn't a luxury hotel but at its price point, it's a great value with excellent service. They invested a lot in the lobby and restaurant area. It's casual but nice. The mate to order breakfast exceeded my expectations. Fresh ripe of avocados. The rooms are clean and modern. This automated dispensing machines on each floor for beverages etc. The safe in the room is a bit fancy and slow but okay. There's no really good view in this neighborhood, but if you need to beat in this neighborhood the location is great.

Very nice and comfortable hotel - very personable staff across the hotel from reception, concierge, restaurant…, very welcoming. Very good bed room - exceptional bed. Only criticism bathroom has no hooks to hang anything or surface to place your toiletries properly. High tech lighting doesn’t work well if you have two people needing different lighting during the course of the evening.

Wonderful experience staying at this hotel for 5 nights. I would say everything was superb! The staff so kind, going way beyond their responsibilities to please and ensure a comfortable stay for their guests. I would specifically mention Mo, Richard, Joanna, and the kindest Eduardo with his gold heart. Free wonderful breakfast in the morning and wine 🍷 every evening. Close walking distance to many good restaurants and trains. I will definitely recommend the hotel and will go back next time I am in London! ❤️ JJ

This hotel has achieved perfection! The decor is outstanding (so much incredible art everywhere!), the service is second to none, the room was the perfect mix of chic and comfortable and all of the little touches just made our stay here so special. The location is perfect to get around and the restaurant food is delicious. It is most definitely our new favorite London hotel.

Amazing service, beautiful rooms, and perfect location! We spent several days at the Bankside Hotel and had a wonderful time. The hotel is almost brand new and the level of service is absolutely exceptional.

Can’t say enough about the Bankside…traveling with a 12 month old can be very stressful and somehow the staff took all that stress away..they were the friendliest and nicest staff I have ever dealt with.. they made my daughter Grier feel like part of their family..I would give this 6 stars if I could and will only stay here every time we come to London…Helena, Vanessa, and Stephanie greeted us after a long day and really set the tone for an amazing week.. thank you all and would recommend any family staying in London to come here

We came here for breakfast as external customers as we live in central London. The hotel was extremely quiet but the buffet was still plentiful with high quality items. Mostly locally sourced from what I heard. Piroshka who was our server and a blond, young Hungarian girl at the front desk were amazing! We want to come back to stay here!

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel, from the start of a phone call to leaving at the end, the staff were incredible. Nothing was too much of an ask and they were all very attentive and happy to help. The room was beautiful and comfortable and the food was great, but honestly the staff is what made it and what will bring me back to stay again. On arrival Victoria was so helpful and informative, and upon leaving, Dianne was so kind and couldn’t do enough for us! Thank you so much for making this a memorable stay 😊

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at, period. The decor is very modern and unique, and the place is clean and well kept. What really sets this place apart though....the staff! Everyone went above and beyond to help you in any way they can. From the front desk, to the bartender in the bar in the evening. They would not only get the job you asked for done, but they would also give extra recommendations on things they could do that you didn't even know you wanted or needed. Kasha at the front desk was especially great!

Super nice, boutique hotel located in the Bankside area of London (across from Blackfriars station). Associated with Marriott, so gets you points (if that is your gig). Breakfast is not fancy, but very solid. Drinks and dinner is also not extravagant, but very comfortable.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bankside Hotel, and it was nothing short of wonderful. Right from our arrival, the staff greeted us with warm welcomes, friendliness and professionalism that made us feel right at home. Our room impressed us with its spaciousness and cleanliness, providing the utmost comfort throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location was a major plus, with an abundance of restaurants within easy walking distance. The Bankside Hotel truly excelled in every aspect, making our visit memorable and enjoyable.

If you’re looking for a hotel that combines a cool and modern aesthetic with classic top class service this is it. I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always been exceptional - the staff are hugely attentive and every little detail is thought of (recently celebrated a birthday here and everything from the unique decorations to the champagne and cake in the room was delightful). Great drinks at the bright yet intimate bar and a really excellent breakfast. I wish I had stayed longer each time!

Loved the stay here. The rooms were fantastic and had everything we needed. Restocked chips, tea, coffee daily. Reusable water flasks. Slippers. Internet was fast and stable. Service from the reception staff was superb. Breakfast was fine/standard. Closely situated to a train and subway stations.

I had a wonderful stay at the Bankside Hotel and I wish I had stayed longer! The suite I stayed in was spacious, bright, and beautifully designed. The common areas and facilities are also very well-appointed. The neighborhood is clean and artsy, and you are within a short walk from Tate Modern.

Bankside is the definition of hospitality. From the rooms, to the location, to the food and the stellar team there is no other hotel like it. By far the best hotel stay we have ever had and we’re so grateful to Raquel, Alina and their team for taking such amazing care of us. Bankside might just be the best hotel in the world.

I thought it was strange for a hotel to receive such a high average score, but then I stayed here. Couldn't fault my stay. Very comfortable bed, great facilities, conveniently located and beautifully styled hotel. Food and beverage options, whilst expensive, were very good. Overall, would recommend and happily return

We stayed here for a week and it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. The service is excellent all around. Friendly staff and welcoming everyday. Hotel is spotless and rooms are large and modern. A short walk to the underground but a very quiet location.

Great location.. stayed there for four nights… the breakfast buffer is great and they have a complementary wine hour that is available for everyone… very close to key attractions like the London Eye, The Shard, Borough Market, and Big Ben!

I am currently staying at the hotel for a combined business/pleasure trip, and my wife mentioned during check-in that we were celebrating my birthday. Rachel and the staff have gone out of their way to make sure I feel special, from a decorated table at breakfast to a surprise champagne in my room this evening. The rooms are incredibly nice, updated. I am so impressed with my stay I wanted to share my experience as soon as I could. Thank you for the incredible service and attention!

We had a fantastic 3 night stay here. The staff are fantastic, but I especially want to call out Victoria who constantly went above and beyond to help us out. So good we cancelled our hotel plans for the next trip to London and booked this again. Great location next to stores, bars, restaurants and transport. Will be our go-to going forward. Again - big thanks to Victoria.

A well designed and comfortable new hotel in a sleepy part of town. Loved how new and fresh everything was, and the rooms and public spaces are thoughtfully designed with great lighting. A free coffee bar, which is a nice touch. While there is a lot around the immediate property, the area lacks people and foot traffic and is a bit sleepy for that reason. My only criticism is that the dining room lights were always on full blast, making it very uninviting.

As a family of four, we had the wonderful privilege of staying in Bankside Hotel, two weeks ago. Situated in a great location. Room spotless and beds so comfy! Breakfast superb, a scrumptious spread! Special thanks go to Richard, who immediately made us feel very welcome at Reception, on our arrival. Answered our many questions in a patient, helpful manner and located places of interest for us on map, setting us up for our stay in London. We would highly recommend this Hotel. The perfect spot! Thank you to all of you, who made our stay such a delight! Special memories made! Thank you!

Lovely hotel just off the main south bank pathway. The hotel is clean modern and very well kept. However it’s the service from the staff that makes this hotel stand out and our preferred location over Sea Containers. The staff are attentive and guest get service rather than relegated to the back of the queue as happens to us when we stayed at Sea Containers. Would recommend to anyone who wants a place to stay in London. Easy walk to the theatre, Covent Garden and Borough Market

Loved our stay at the Bankside! The hotel is fun, well styled and very comfortable with a gorgeous breakfast. The highlight of our stay was the extraordinary hospitality. Especially Mariana, whose customer service was truly world class. Her “the sky’s the limit” approach to anticipating and meeting our needs resulted in a fantastic stay, including booking in room massages for us. We look forward to returning to the Bankside!

The service at this fun and artsy hotel is phenomenal. All the staff at the Bankside Autograph went above and beyond to help make our stay unforgettable. The rooms are spacious and we'll designed. Breakfast and dinner at their restaurant were amazing. A special thanks to Richard, Eduardo and Raquel for their warm hospitality. We will definitely return for our next visit to London. The location is also very convenient - it was about a 15-minute walk to St Paul's, 8-minute walk to the Globe, 5-minute walk to the Tate Modern and a 20-minute walk to the Tower of London. Also very close to the Borough Market and a nice pathway along the river.
