It's located near ST stand and Lonavala railway station.. The cafe is well decorated and smells divine. The staff is courteous and welcoming.. Tried hazelnut mocha and red velvet coffee.. Both the beverages were good. The hazelnut one was a bit strong and perfect. The red velvet one looked pretty and was on the sweeter side..

Excellent staff. Very good ambience and a much needed store in Lonavala. Very good location. I went through the coffee tasting process which was offered by the staff. Very humble people who gave me a unique experience. Good food coffee lovers.

The French press coffee was really nice. You should try the cold brew ginger ale.

Well it's situated right before St stand lonavla. Parking can be a problem on weekends and holidays. The outlet is cozy, courteous staff, and the coffee and food quality is very good.

I recently visited Starbucks in Lonavala and was impressed with the exceptional service provided by Lalit. He went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was pleasant and enjoyable. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. I appreciate such dedicated employees who take pride in their work. We didn't feel welcomed here. It felt they are serving us for the sake of it. And whatever they did for us felt like they were doing a big favour on us. They took order for a hot beverage and after the payment told us they can't serve it! When asked for a refund , they said although we have shut down the machine, we will restart it for you. The beverage served wasn't as per Starbucks standard. A sad and unexpected experience.

I've gone to numerous Starbucks in India, but this one was my favourite because of the welcoming ambience and courteous staff. I've never seen a Starbucks washroom that was that clean and well-kept, and it was also so huge. Based on my most recent visit on 17SEP2023, I wrote this review.
