Resort is not well maintained, staff is arrogant. There was low voltage issue in one of our room where nothing was working, lots of mosquitoes, they need more cleanliness in open area. And had this experience…. They have very very bad staff who has very dirty minds for ladies so last time we checked out… all females please be aware…

We were family of 3 members and we were assigned with the smallest room on the premises. That's partly because the property is overrated and prices are quite high for frequent traveler like me. The room had old furniture with stains of usage. Awkward position of TV, AC and bathroom. There was no electric kettle in room priced more than 3K a night in off season. The manager and his subordinates didn't know about famous places to eat and roam around but knew every rule of the property. On the positive side, the internet connection and speed was great, nicely maintained indoor games area and swimming pool arena. The restaurant served good and hygienic food. The location of the property is in very peaceful area but a bit difficult to commute.

Good Hotel And easily accessible, Foods are tasty including complementary breakfast, owner is also Very Nice person. Room also Decent size but needs bit cleaning and touch up paint on wall, as it looks bit old. But You can visit at any time.

Clean rooms and a very good restaurant with excellent food and a good service. All the amenities are available indoor games, pools etc. Overall experience very good. Recommended for everyone visiting lonavala.

We spent three nights at Silver hills and absolutely loved our stay. Hotel is located at a walking distance from city centre. Which guarantees a good night sleep away from traffic noise (much needed quietness after visiting Mumbai). Our room was spacious, clean and lit. Bed was super comfy. Swimming pool is big and spotless. The cherry of the cake is their restaurant, it’s open all day and they do room service if you wish it. Menu is varied and food is delicious!!! Lastly and more important, the owner and staff are so helpful and kind. They got out of their way many times to make our stay the best possible. Booked taxies for us and an excellent tour guide that accompanied us on a trekking. They even sent a homemade remedy (hot water, turmeric and salt) for my sore throat up to the room. We highly recommend this hotel. Scores a 100%.

If you're a business traveler - you might want to check better alternatives. Small rooms. Bedding and linen needs an upgrade. The breakfast starts at 8:30 am. Nothing before that. Not even a cup of coffee. You get half a litre of water bottle per day, one sachet of coffee and one sachet of tea bag in your kettle corner. And that's not replenished until you ask for it! The porch is not covered, so if it's raining - you may get wet while you get out of the car. Overall, think before you choose this.

Very peaceful ! I had gone with my grand parents and uncle and aunt … 4 senior citizens. They were going out for the first time in 2 years . The management made them very comfortable. Took care of all their demands . The owner was very understanding as he got the food made as per their taste .Being old they enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere with lot of birds chirping around in the morning and nice bhajans being played in one corner. We all had a very relaxed stay . Was very worried if they would be taken care of .. but they were all very happy and felt rejuvenated. Thank you Silver Hills . They have sent this blessings.

Overall experience was excellent 👍 Enjoyed the pool, indoor games, food. Staff is helpful and nice. Interior is also eye attractive 🤩. Definitely recommend to stay here whenever you are in Lonavala.

Awesome resort to stay at with very quick service and good hospitality of staff and owner/manager. Would like to visit again. Everyone who works at the hotel is welcoming and friendly! The rooms were beautiful, and it was spacious, with old-style charm and a specular view of the swimming pool. Breakfast at the hotel is well worth getting. Good connectivity to the market and nearby restaurants.

An excellent resort with exotic decor located in a quiet, serene place close to the main road. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Commendable service rendered by disciplined staff. Breakfast/Meals were delicious as good as home cooked food. The Owner/Reception staff were most hospitable to see to the comfort of the guests. A resort, worth visiting again.

What a wonderful experience of this resort of my 2 nights stay over here. Nice location, nice rooms, nice staffs and nice service. Food was awesome, rooms are near and clean. The main part of this hotel is quick service whether it is of food service or house keeping quickly they provide service. Really i am looking again for my visit in this hotel. We had our school reunion with spouses at Silver Hills. We spent two nights there. The service was really spot on, were asked to select the food menu and the food was very tasty. Our request for special food was also fulfilled. Was a great experience.

Silver Hills is a hidden gem . Very good service . Well maintained swimming pool . Food is very delicious. Location is only 30 minutes from Imagica . Breakfast served is limited but delicious. Keep it up .

Room was very neat and clean. We enjoyed alot. Staff is very helping, the pool is absolutely clean. We stay with our 3 year kid. Best place to stay. Ower's nature is very helping and he is also very humble.

Very good hotel with a clean n maintained swiming pool. Lods of indore games. Food quality is good but over priced. One very important feedback to the Owner n reception so called Manager....extending a guest stay by 2 to 3 hrs will not make a lot of difference to ur expenditure but will give that extra experience to the guest specially families with kids. They where adamant in saying that they will extended it by an hour only where as they had no presure on check ins. To the extend that the Owner went on to say that if the room is not vacant by 11 we will take the rooms keys. This is appauling....never ever say that to a customer. Basic rule of Hospitality....

Awesome place to stay at a good price. Extremely well maintained and clean resort. Rooms are excellent. Swimming pool os very clean. Indoor games were also very good. They are quiet professional. I loved the place and recommend everyone who comes to lonavla to stay here.

We had a excellent stay at the Resort . The food and all facilities were amazing. The staff was very effiicient and well mannered and friendly also. The owner Mr. Bhavesh is very humble person and took personal care of everyone . It is very good for families and couples. Will recommend to every one Because Swimming pool is crystal clean.All over the resort cleaning is under process all the time. Rooms are spacious and clean.indoor games like chess, snooker, Ludo, carrom, Table Tennis.Books shelf are available. Restaurant.Parking. is Also available. It's worth staying with family, If you like to enjoy your peaceful vacation with family or friends must visit place.

Resort is good but no value for money, they want to make out of everything like there is indoor game like pool table but you need to pay for it after paying hefty amount for the rooms also they not even provide basic dental kit in room service and charge for it if u need. Need to relook at some basics.

The stay was excellent. Property is at quiet and peaceful location. The only one downside we experienced was since we were fasting we asked if they could make sabudana khichadi and they agreed. But it was badly made with tadka, curry leaf and onions and no peanut powder and salty .. i was totally putoff with this kind of service. If they don't know we could have ordered from out. I could have shared the recipe with their cook. And there was no apology. So this left a bad taste in the mouth.

Rooms were well maintained but the quality of the blankets provided were poor. Amenities included WiFi, towels,small soap, clinic plus shampoo sachet (1rs), swimming pool. Free breakfast was not included in the package however food here is good but little expensive . We were charged 1500 INR extra for extending checkout time by 3 hours. Staff was really helpful.
