    Très mal entretenu et mal géré. Ce centre ocuppe une surface stratégique dans la ville et mérite d'être rasé définitivement il n'a même la silouette d'un centre commercial ! !!!Peut-être autre chose plus mauvaise s'il s'agit de l'ancien marché du bloc au cartier ceralier, côté marché des poissons.
