Not digital et al. Neither they accept card payment nor UPI payment, how can it be called "digital " 🤔. Last sunday we went there as promised to our lil one. He was so excited to order his favourites but was very very disappointed as they refused to take the order as they only accept payment in CASH in this age of digitisation. Felt terrible👎👎

This store is KFC is little crowded at some times. The staff is humble, rates are good and taste is as usual great expected from KFC.

Food quality was good but little bit change in taste of classic zinger burger, overall Food was good. But the main problem was counter staff rude behavior. They are treat customer depends up on customer face. For example - They told that bucket no. 10 was cheap other are very costly what was meaning of that? We can't purchase other? Secondly when I order 2 classic zinger they told me the price was 198. I said no problem, again they told me but sir you oder 2 that's why I told you price. What was the meaning of such behavior and communication. Previous experience was very good but this time very disappointed.

Quite disappointed !! I have been to KFC several times but I dont know whether its quality of chicken or oil used or way of cooking, it was not worth. We had ordered hot and crispy bucket but the taste wasnt there and even the quality of chicken looked pretty poor. Even the bread used in chicken zinger was not that fresh. Would not recommend to anyone especially the bucket.

KFC Test Is Very Good But Some time They Add Extra Extra Onion Slice piece in Tanduri Zingar Box.

It was horrified experience with the staff. I have purchased big bucket and biryani rice with leg. First of all the cold drink was not available and they charged for it. Secondly the bill gone round about 885/- and the staff was not giving the tomato sauce for eating with chicken popcorn and Perry Perry. Date was 09th Oct 2022 and time was approx 2:15 pm ... Horrified experience.
