One of my favourite place in Aurangabad district. Kannad is 60 km from Aurangabad and Gautala wildlife sanctuary is 13 km from Tahsil Kannad. Very greenery place. Lot of tourist points are there. You can go for trekking as well but you should have local person with you. Points are very close to roads. Specially in rainy season scenes are best. Sitakhori waterfall , Sunset point, Pitalkhora caves and patana devi you can visit.

Best time to visit in rainy season! Also best for short sunday rides with friends or family. But there is no restaurant. So you need to pack food and water with you. Animals like monkeys can be seen easily. Its clean and well maintained!

Good picnic spot for one day trip from aurangabad , चाळीसगाव ,all view points are easiy accessible and best time is to visit during monsoo seasons, there are many wild animals and birds. We sighted peacock ,Nilgai ,lots of monkey ,and many reptiles animal ,including poisonous cobra snake near सिताखोरी water fall.

It's good to place. Currently road conditions not good. Not found any shops near by 10 km area. While going through this area keep food items along with, maintain vehicle in good condition. Of course keep some food with you that can be offered to monkeys etc.
