Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks we were in Europe. Thanks for making our visit to Florence that much better

Don't choose this hotel unless you have no other options. Rroms were untidy...toilets were horrible. Very bad service.. food was just ok.. they have very less options for breakfast lunch and dinner... whereas they have long list in menu card 🙄.

Hotel staff behavior is very bad. They don't seem any professional at all. All that started with toilet flush not working , they don't care even quarrelsome. We were in hurry for ghrishneshwar jyotirling so couldn't discuss for that lousy atmosphere with hotel staff

Not good restroom so badly smelled. If you have money and time choose others not this one.

Good for short stay... don't expect more in low budget

The food serviced is of average quality. Light disruption at regular intervals has been the main issue. AC doesn't work and the rooms are not attached with phones for room service. Kindly try and find some other place to stay and stay here only if there is no other option left.

It's very average hotel. Do not allow unmarried couple. If you are cousins you need to show proper id card and something which can show you are brothers and sisters. Hotel food was average. Poor services.

Worst hotel and weired unfriendly staff. They gave our money back after waiting for ours and were not able to provide us the room so totally unreliable

4/ 5 At the time of visiting here the atmosphere was very cold, it is located near by Ellora cave and Mahadev mandir. The time we went there, renovation was going on, so faced bit difficulty with the connection of TV , cable and landline.There were 3 staff members, who used to take care of everything and they were very cooperative & helpful. The room was comfortable & neat & clean.Overall had a good experience.

This is one of the few options you have near ellora. at this time. Highway touch hotel. Staff over here is helpful however hotel do not have enough capabilities to maintain good service. Example if you ask room service for a tea, guy willl go market to buy milk. Staff is not well trained in hotel management however they will try to fulfill your needs. I felt this hotel is not good value for money but like i said this is one of the few options you have near ellora
