WORST. I got married here. 1. It was decided around 5 lakh 40000 for stay and food. They charged us 8 lakh 30000 stating our number of plates increased, we checked the video footage from our wedding and that was an absolute lie. Most of us didn't even eat until the end of all ceremonies. 2. Wajpai charges minimum 50,000 from the decorator, no matter who you choose for your function decorations. And the decorator he suggests are pretty expensive. 3. They promised us best service whereas their tents are the worst. We felt extreme humidity in winters. Provided 1 small bottle for 2 days in the rooms, when the agreement was different. 4. They have not made any developments to their venue, they are lucky they have found decent spot. But I have seen many polished, posh resorts for similar/lower price range. So maximum 2-3 decent photo ops spots. This will also result in you having to spend extra on decorations. 5. With current climate change, it might rain even in winters (which did happen with me) and they don't have one nice hall to fit 150-200 people. It's all just lawns. 6. Learn from my experience and please DON'T SPOIL YOUR SPECIAL DAY. If I could, I would give -100 stars Answer to the reply by resort owner: I’m really glad you responded, now people can see the childish response and be able to judge your service based on point 3&4 in your response. Kindly do not change it. 1. We did not count number of people in CCTV camera, we had our own wedding video. And since it was a close family function, all the family ate after the ceremony. So it is not difficult to count. Also, food was disappointing and costly. You can get better food for this price. 2. We visited the resort but didn’t live there to be able to figure out about the terrible ventilation. And people were ready to pay, the staff was adamant about not being able to provide any more water bottles. Water cooler was not working. 3. Where did I mention that I wanted resort to take care of decorations and that I wanted strawberry theme? I’m saying resort charges the decorators heavy money and resort itself is not very developed so decorations cost goes high. Like it’s impossible to get decent decorations done below 5L(and then have to pay more than 50,000rs to resort which is sad and not many people know this). I will give full points for the location and that was main reason we chose Hiranya. But actual work done on the resort is meh! 4.We had booked the full venue! :) Conference hall that was shown to us was embarrassing.

Very poor. Don't book it by looking at fancy photos and good reviews (if you read it somewhere). Pathetic rooms and very bad food. Spending few hours in that property was very difficult. It's a haunted place. They have a big property with 0 maintenance.

Visited today itself!!! Poor Access.... Access Road is extremely bad.... Worse! Most of the Restaurants and Amenities are closed due to so called Renovation work... Worst things observed - 1) No Washbasin is available in entire restaurant. You need to go to the basement Bar.. for washbasin and even for washroom!!! 2) Resto Bar at Basement is Too much conjusted and ONLY One Common Toilet is there... (Ladies and Gents Common Toilet and only ONE!!!!) 3) All the activities and most of the fun part is closed...! 4) Food quality is avarage!! Best Way is to avoide going there!!

We had booked 3 tents when on an official trip and we were thoroughly discontented. We dint even spend the night there and finally booked another hotel near by. The tents were very small with the overlying roof curtains hanging really low making it very uncomfortable. Most importantly there was no fan in the room and the room not being well ventilated we felt really suffocated. There was a small cooler in the room but water was not filled in the same so we had to again contact the front desk. The front desk staff was non attentive and rude too. Overall we dint stay there but still had to pay for the night. Thoroughly disappointed ☹️

Had an opportunity to visit this place last week, for a hurda party. This review is not about the resorts, its rooms and the other facilities, but the hurda party day visit, which is generally happens during Dec to Feb season. There are various options available, like only hurda , only lunch and Combo. We opted for the combo. In the hurda party you are served, off course, hurda along with the condiments, and also hurda pakoda, dry bhel, and seasonal fruits. All these items were good. The lunch was very sumptuous and tasty. The resort area is very big and you can spend more than couple of hours wandering around. We did have a glimpse of the tents-rooms, restaurant and swimming pool, those looked nice, worth considering a visit. We were there only for a couple of hours and couldn't do justice to the food menu. We were told that most visitors' come early, by 11.00 am, enjoy the hurda party, go out to visit the nearby tourist spots and then come back for the lunch by 2.30 - 3.00 pm. By that they have digested the hurda etc, and are ready to enjoy fully the lunch menu which is very good, with local dishes. Definitely a good place for family or group visit.

We, four senior citizens from Bangalore went to this resort on 23rd October'22 and reached there at about 6.30 in the evening . We had booking of 2 Swiss tents. The manager said that he can only give us one tent which was ready. In the other tent, some rotten smell was there which they could not (or did not) figure out the reason throughout the day. The other "ready" room was having dirty linen, torn and dirty curtains , used cups, stincky electric kettle full of old coffee, used torn sachets of shampoos in toilet (with broken door) and so on. Extremely understaffed, only one attendant for the full resort. Only good thing about the resort is the restaurant area which is adjacent to a waterfall and food was good. Stay: Very Bad Staff: Extremely Inefficient Food: Good

They have their own restaurant at hiranya, but visit only if you have that much patience to wait at least 3 hours to get you anything, service is at its worst, all staff members, specially manager is not capable to handle customers, even for starters and orders for only two people they took almost 2 hours stating reason of technical issue. Don't visit their if you want to have good food, apart from that place is very beautiful to spend time!

The place is so magnificent and having very peaceful atmosphere. We have gone for attending wedding so, it was our 2 night stay and they have provided very nice rooms with beautiful nature. As they have a large area of may be 21-25 acres, which they have maintained really well . So the wedding was all planned by them only , they have arranged all things so nicely and the food was also very tasty . The main highlight is that the staff is also very supportive and very polite , which is missing most of the times. Do visit once, it has been a great experience for us .

Hiranya restaurant is open, but Hurda has not yet started. We had lunch. Food was good. Waiters were a bit confused. Approach road can be improved.

We enjoyed dinner in the poolside area and Mr Shef Amol Sir personally met with us to suggest their special recipe, which was delicious food. The staff arranged great service for us. We felt a peaceful atmosphere like the rainforest at Hiranya Resorts.

Very Good place . Very very big. It's not a place , it's a small town there. Greenery is beautiful and place is calm and soothing. Reasonably priced and somewhat low price place. Also entry ticket of 350₹ is there which keeps the Chhapri crowd mostly away from place. Food is okay. It's all about a escape from day to day life. One should definitely plan their parties here. Management can do a better job in cleanliness of washrooms

Awesome facility at a reasonable price.. we booked a glamping tent. Superb room arrangement, great food, clean pool and nice walking area within resort.. overall good value for money.

We are 5 people had breakfast, they charge Rs 350/- per person and in breakfast there was Poha, Upma and Idli, that too taste less, not worth it.west of money

I visit Hiranya Resort on 14 September 2022. it was very pleasant environment. On that day there was lovely waterfall. It makes our party wonderful.

Excellent service provided by Shinde Sir & his Team👍 Pocket friendly with advanced 3 star service and 24 hrs assistance. Breakfast was very good. We have enjoyed Swimming, horse ride, photography etc... Thank you Sagar Shinde Sir for making Sach memorable experience.🙏 Would like to stay again & recommend friends.

I booked the tent service in hiranya resort. It was a horrible experience. The tents are not maintained, has multiple holes in it. The blankets in the tents can give you eczema if used. Overall cleanliness of the place is 0. Otherthan ambiance nothing is good in this place. Complete waste of money

Attended destination wedding on 18th Dec 2022. Ambience is good. But food quality catering was very poor and catering service was very unprofessional. Arrogant catering persons. Catering persons should be trained to handle the client's

Very good location for a full day program for a group. Food is delicious. Hurda was of ok quality and the way they serve it can be improved for a better " Hurda Party" experience. For night, the restaurant ambience is very good and food was also delicious.

The only thing that is fast here is the sound of water, other than that no one cares to take your orders. If you have the patience, a best place to bring your friends to make them mad, a great place to prank your friends by bring them here! Had to deduct the stars because we ate em instead of the food.

It's nice place, natural and spacious one. Food quality is also nice. Cleanliness is there but front office was always empty. There are some amazing natural beauty to visit. Overall good place to stay.👍

It's one of the most green resort in the vicinity of the City. The food, the service, staff everything is as u all expect to be. This is the best time to visit and enjoy ur lunches n dinner beside waterfall... Prashant the manager is truly accomodating and concern to ever details... Go ahead...

we stayed at huts/tents to feel the location but seems like there is no importance for cleanliness and services. they are earning just because of premium location. for toilets there is no lock. in tents and blankets seems like they never clean it. after a one night stay we had hitching in open body parts due to blankets and bed. for tent there was lot of fungus and no other facilities were provided it was not worth to have it in heavy budget. there are few other low budget options available in same price and offers good service and facilities than this.

I loved staying at Hiranya Resorts. It’s in the Lap of nature which gives peace. Food was amazing. Quick services in room, polite & caring staff. Play areas for kids, adventure sites for adults, photographic sites for family n couples. I would love to visit here again.
