I did book accommodation from OYO and the booking was confirmed a week ago and I paid the amount too, but when I reached there to check in but the manager denied check in as the booked price from OYO is too low, they are cheating people by telling to pay much more than what is paid in OYO website. I was with my family of 9 members waiting outside the hotel door for 1 hour while all this drama happened. Please be aware, do not opt for this perticular room from OYO.

I had booked hotel at OYO Flagship 92567 Hotel Chhaya Aurangabad, but when I went to check, they only told me that its price is very low. We can't give you a room at this price.And when I talked to the customer care, they asked to cancel, but while canceling, they talked a lot of time and did not do it to them.Please kindly give me back my money. Otherwise, I will make such a complaint in the consumer forum and action will be taken.

I'm a corporate employee and my admin booked this Hotel by paying 3500 per night per room due to unavailability of other hotels in the city (26th Dec 2022), Honestly I haven't received the service worth 3500 Rupees, Worst part is complimentary breakfast (He charged my admin another 250 Rupees for this) and it's came all the way from road side Cart (photos attached), Horrible isn't it? 1. Washrooms has no exhaust, so you have to adjust with smell, 2. No water Bottles (you have to pay extra) 3. No toiletries, Wash room Buckets not cleaned, 4. Gutka litter spotted in lift, 5. AC is fine, Fan wings are so dirty, 6. Torned bed sheets and Dirty pillows, 7. Stafs are non professional, 8. Bindis found in washrooms mirrors and condom spotted below the cot, Conclusion: May be it's worth for 500-1000 rupees, definitely not worth for 3500 rupees.

Worst Experience in Hotel... No Hot Water No Towel and No TV connection, AC not working properly.... Staff said too many uses of water so solar not working.... That's not my problem.... Staff response worst... Waiting/Response time is 1Hr.... Not Recommend for Family nor single... They charge 300 extra for 1hr early check in n for cleaning they waste time hour...

Please do not opt for it. The review seems to be paid and old. Do not get trapped for arranged cab for sight seeing.

The Manager was sheepishly laughing about the scene created early in the morning in middle of the road. ***Behaviour of the staff was not good after they knew the guests were from other state. ***NO PARKING SPACE ***PAID RATINGS ON GOOGLE and other BOOKING APPS ***HAD WORST EVER EXPERIENCE in the #Aurangabad #CityofGates #OYO please look into this and please remove such hotels from list.

❌❌NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR, Dont book online or visit this place. As i did booking online on OYO they’ll make you cancel the booking saying their reasons. My reason was Unmarried couples. Once the booking was cancelled their behaviour changed completely and they were ready to book offline which was almost double the price. Never book online if you are visit such unreliable places. Staff were very rude.

Not worthy. Told us that parking is available..but no parking facility available. Rooms are also not worthy. Entrance is really agali. A small pathway thru which only one person can barely walk. Horrible experince

The owner didn't let me have a room with a friend citing the reason that male and female rooms are separate. I booked a room in order to freshen up to visit Ghrishneshwar Mahadev. He asked me if I wanted to take a bath I would have to take 2 rooms one for me and one for the lady friend. He would not listen to reason. I don't think this kind of stubbornness suits the hospitality industry. Too disappointed that it had the OYO logo with it. I REPEAT THIS IS NOTHING LIKE ANY OYO YOU HAVE BEEN TO. I like the location very much as it is in just nearby the main market and their rooms are big enough and clean also but if you are visiting with any female partner , please be aware that there will be a strong smell of smoking in almost every room.

Hotel is in the Heart of the city. Room's are quite small. But not a big problem at all. Room's, Bathrooms and Lobby were clean as well. At all good in this budget.

Washroom is not clean and room is need more clean. Location seems interior to city.

Don't book room here If you saw this hotel on Oyo We are on family trip and we booked this hotel through Oyo app when we arrive there the arrogant hotel manager refused to check-in. The reason behind that is the price in Oyo app was cheaper than their actual rate And very impolite staff and manager Highly not recommended❌

Rooms are good, wifi is there, hot water too. Location is very well suited for tourists locations. Just dont book from OYO, the hotel will charge more than that.

It's a budget hotel at Aurgapura , Aurgugabad. Rooms are okay, but the toilets are not very clean. Lack of cleaning. The hotel is located at the markets of various items books, dress..etc.
