Actually I loved this place. Very quiet and neat and beautiful place to stay. I think the price is also normal for this room if you have gone with friends. It may seem little high range if you have gone out with family but the place is decent.( that's what we need if you go out with a family right).

Reception is always absent , not good for family especially with kids , they don't change the linen, also no towels , bathroom poor maintained ,No oyo complimentry kit. food service is very late. No name board for the hotel hence difficult to access the hotel .

Hotel I booked previously are sealed by government. So oyo alloted this hotel for me. Far from city(Cab charges 200rps to reach this hotel from city). Nice staff, room service is fine, spacious room and outdoor restaurant is good. But no one informed me about complimentary breakfast, TV not working informed so many times, Bathroom water are yellowish. They should maintain some cleanliness in rooms. I asked to customer care about the distance of this hotel in the time they allotted, they said 850mts from city. But its hardly 3km and roads are very steep.

Pathetic Food and worst service Never ever book this hotel Food quality is so so low standard that half of the people mostly ladies slept without taking the dinner. Even nobody took the breakfast and left the hotel. No hot water is available in the morning. Also for 20 persons and 7 rooms only 1-2 staff members were there to serve and those also dont know how to serve. Staying in it is like a scary nightmare.

Worst stay ever. Didn't expect such substandard places through OYO. Wash rooms were pathetic, bed linen was dirty, no towels provided. Room fixtures were falling apart. Water in the bathroom was black in colour with muck. The closet in the washroom was not cleaned in weeks and there was s**t sprayed all over the closet..STAY AWAY IF YOU ARE GOING WITH KIDS.

Worst hotel we have ever experienced. No Service. No hot water. Food quality is pathetic. Dont book this hotel ever. Staying in this hotel is like worst nightmare. Here I am not having option to share images of pathetic food served by them otherwise I would have shared. I advise you not to book this hotel. Even a small lodge could be a better option than this. hi we are going kodaikanal to stay this hotel ..I have go through all the reviews of customer satisfaction..am asking the hotel pls maintain the cleaning services well at least this onlyrics one service will make us happy to stay hygiene bcoz we coming with our kids age of 5 and 2 so pls the rooms and bathrooms must be very clean n neat....food prepared kitchen also be maintained well...pls ensure me this service will be done or not in ur hotel or else we can cancel this stay....bcz we are so pathetic about seeing all the customers reviews...pls arrange all the services well...

Honestly writing this review to say that this hotel is having very poor service, receptionist is always absent, ha put a board 'call me ****** mob no, not at all meant for families, I saw alcohol bottles on the entrance of this hotel.. OYO guys pls note this hotel is of very poor standard, complimentary breakfast was provided at 9.30 only, if we ask for tea, they say they have coffee only.
