Coming from the UK I love a good curry and have struggled to find one in Australia over the past 10 years. However, visiting Shepparton, we ate here for my birthday dinner and WOW. This was some of the best Indian food I’ve had. The flavours and quality of food was excellent. The curry dishes were not oily and the consistency of the curry was perfect, not too runny, not too thick. Meat was tender, naan breads lightly charred. The table service was also excellent. Overall this was a great find that I would eat at again and happily recommend.

We ( group of 8) had a great dine in experience at the Indian Bar restaurant. Service was good, polite and friendly staff. Spacious and clean restaurant. Food was great and helpings were generous. The sweets were some of the most unique fusion of contemporary Indian with those of western flavours. The Chef came personally to present those to us. It was a great overalll experience.

This is the new upscale Indian restaurant just opening its arms to welcome the customers. I went for its opening party, it very well is a complete package with a beautiful bar , warm ambience and real kick as food. The new lad Suhaas the chef is doing really great with his culinary magic. I am sure they will do well and will have a lot of footfall. A must try… I must insist.

My family and I attended the new Indian bar on opening night and just wow. They put on the most amazing buffet with many beautiful dishes. The band was perfect it was good to see so many up and dancing to music. We were well looked after by a young girl Chiara she was polite and the other workers all had a smile and great customer service by all staff.

The staff were friendly and very helpful - bit uncertain about parts of the menu, but they had only been open for one week. The food was wonderful. Cocktails were really interesting and tasty. I will certainly go again.

Loved loved loved the food! Perfect indian flavors, and tempting food presentation. They were so sweet to wish us with a special birthday dessert. The staff is pleasant, attentive and offer wonderful service. The Indian Bar is a must visit for an Indian treat.

We are foodies from out of town. This is the best Indian food you can get. Fresh, delicious and great service. A hidden gem. (Located down the end of a 70’s arcade). Will be back and will highly recommend. Well Done! Jamie Ford Christine Ford John Mullins

We had our daughter’s first birthday party at this venue. Awesome atmosphere, great service and fabulous food…. Whole staff work in a team and take care of everything beyond your expectations… you guys are setting up the so high standards that hard to imagine.. Thank you so much for that lovely event you guys organized for us. A big special thanks to Garry bro who organized the whole party and the outside services such as dj and photography for us.

Truly a brilliant resteraunt. I've eaten at pretty much every indian focused place in town and the surrounding region. And by far this is the best. The staff are so approachable and your made to feel welcome rather than feeling out if place if you don't know exactly what a dish might be. The food itself is delicious, I could not get enough of the spices and balance of the meals. Will be returning soon.

Lately I've found indian restaurants in shepparton disappointing. We were very pleased to visit this new restaurant tonight and found the food was great quality, interesting array of dishes from different parts of India. The restaurant was the old Chinese in city walk. It was very clean and tables neatly set with full silverware and dinner plates. Staff were very friendly and obviously care. Look forward to visiting again!

Hands down the best Indian food I've eaten. My friends and I went there last night and enjoyed everything we ate! The service was amazing, the food was amazing! Everyone should try this new restaurant in Shepparton! It's down Tirana city walk. We will definitely be back!

We had the most wonderful time. The food was outstanding, service was great could not do enough to assist us. We could hear each other speak when talking which was nice. Thank you to everyone at the Indian Bar for a great night.

The food is absolutely delicious, I came from out of town and have been to quite a few different Indian places and I would quite easily place this establishment as the best I have eaten at, I got take away and it took me 15 minutes to get back to where I was staying and it was still delicious after that time. The girl who took my order was also very helpful and very kind and courteous. All around a great experience and I will be returning here when I'm in the area. Highly recommended

One of the best Indian food I've ever had in Australia. The ambience is wonderful with enough dining space. Staff are very courteous and prompt. We had the Puran Singh' Tari Wala Murga and the Goan Prawn Curry. The taste is divine. Prices are a bit on the higher side however the quality of good, the atmosphere and the experience is well worth it. Highly recommended.

Taste of Manchurian, cheese Chilli and Chicken Chilli was same. Last time Naan was like Papad but this time its Improved. Butter chicken was yummy, Pani Poori Was good, Tikki was Good, and We also tried Dahi Papdi was good. Overall Good, Recommend to try who loves Delicious Food.

I ordered chilli paneer form menulog and I got delivery Chilli Chicken. I am vegetarian by religion and eating chicken is again my region. Today because of India Bar restaurant m Mistaken I feel sinful. I got offer to send through paneer chili when I called them which i appreciated but it will not change my sin. I hope my review open up eye for your and I hope this doesn't happen to any one else.
