This place is always busy and they have too many kind of cakes and pastry! Too hard to decide 😭 Tried their custard croissant, vanilla slice and caramel slice and of course their coffee too, they all just amazing! They have pie, wraps and so many choices of bread too. Highly recommend this cafe!

OMG! Forget any other bakery in Shepparton who thinks they have the best vanilla slice. Fiore's is the real deal. All the extra calories are worth it for the pleasure of consuming their gastrinomal delights. It gets a bit busy but that's just the confirmation you need to believe my review. I'm going back for more.

One of the best bakeries in Shepparton. Great coffee, made quickly and a huge array of pastries. Always crowded on weekends

Great food but service are SUCK. They knew that i am dining in the cafe but they gave my food in take away bag and cups. End up i mess up the pie without cutlery. I guess they are lazy to wash the plates or cup.

Very nice place. Has a great atmosphere, very clean too. Ordered an apple slice and a coffee. The service was quick, and the workers were very friendly. Food was tasty too, loved the coffee. There are also indoor and outdoor seats.

Nice service, nice coffee and nice big range of sweets. A lot of other options of foods available as well - they look nice but I haven’t tried.

I don’t usually complain as I know that this place is always busy. My husband and I decided to order and sit down and enjoy a coffee, a croissant and a toastie together. After being designated a dirty table ( which I myself cleared after 10 minutes and put on the ice cream bar near the kitchen ) our coffee was delivered with a smile. We had finished our coffee and still waiting for our croissant and toastie. People who had ordered toastie’s after us were getting their orders. When the waitress came to collect our empty cups, she explained that the rest of our order was forgotten about, so we asked if we could get it to go. The waitress was very apologetic and offered us a cake but that is not the point, which we denied as that doesn’t make the situation right or better or help your bottom dollar. We waited 50 minutes from when we first ordered. When we finally walked out the door, the dishes were still piled up where I had stacked them. The poor waitress looked so embarrassed. I know our order was only $19.50, but it’s helping pay wages and keeping you open. A busy local shop which we have supported for years, please you need to have more staff on during your busier times.

Ok I turned up late in the afternoon and only 3 plain pies. Bought a plain and it was excellent. Very good service nice and clean, seating for inside and out and plenty of parking adjoining a shopping centre. Will come again!

Wow! The cabinets stocked with delicious sweet and savoury tucker. Great smelling coffee smell in the air. Take away and sit down available. One can easily see why this place is so busy.

The owners of this place are as rude as anything when he handed me my coffee he said latte and I asked if it was with almond milk and he said to me “if you were listening you would of known” mind you I’m on the phone to my doctor. The elderly lady serving was very rude I really enjoyed this cafe till this experience I will NOT be returning

I would have taken a photo of my meal but the food was so scrumptious,, I just ate and enjoyed. It was only after finishing my cuppaccino and sweet chilli wrap that I thought to write a review. The lettuce, cheese, cucumba carot was fresh, lettuce leaves were crunchy fresh. I'm satisfied and impressed! oh and the service was great, nothing was a bother as I asked for extra serviettes. Next time I am back at Shep, I know where to go😊

The pies were great and the cannoli’s were quite big and very tasty! The coffee was hot and the service was very good. Would definitely recommend!

Meh bread looked a bit sad and stale on the top shelf. Cakes and pastry seemed good. Got the custard tart, this tastes of rubber and very artificial taste. Blueberry muffin had like 4 berries in and was very fluffy but again not taste , was just like eating nothing. Custard slices were a tad too small glad didn't bother with those.

Love this popular Italian bakery and cafe. Great coffee, fresh salads, panini's as well as pies, sausage rolls and pasties. Always tempting for an after lunch treat from the beautiful range of cakes and biscotti.

Great food at exceptional prices. Very busy, so obviously favoured by the locals. Would highly recommend it. Great coffee and an impressive range of cakes.

Delicious sweet products but the pepper pie I ordered tasted like it had more pepper than beef and I couldn’t eat it. My daughter’s toastie had cracked pepper inside, very odd. The lady who served us was very abrupt but actually nice after talking to her a few times. The chicken schnitzel roll was still fridge level cold after being heated and the outdoor shades were broken so they kept going in and out, Defs something that needs repairing before summer. I would go back though, probably not for the savoury food and it was just so busy it was a bit chaotic for me.

We were visiting and my lunch needed a little more cooking and the way it was handled was exemplary. The other meal, a chicken schnitzel burger was fantastic. Keep up the great customer service. Thank you.

One of the great places to go for cakes. And don't forget the home made ice-cream! Came away with a beautiful mudcake for my son's 21st. It was delicious. Customer service was wonderful too because when I ordered it earlier in the week it was during lunchtime and they still spent the time to talk with me to make sure that I had what I wanted.

Great selection of pastries, slices and cakes. A bit limited for room inside but clean and tidy.

Extremely rude staff. A little bit of respect would go a long way. Also it should be common sense that first in first served not people you know given special treatment. Coffee tastes like tar. Will not be returning.

First of all the staff are so lovely here. My pregnancy brain hasn't been helping and the lady helped fix it for with out a fuss. The food was delicious! The chicken caesar focaccia was so good and the honeycomb cheese cake was to die for and a large serving. Thank you for everything!

Good place for early morning coffee. Opens at 6am. Bacon and eggs are good. Bread here is delicious. Wide selection of cakes. Indoor and outdoor sidewalk seating under cover.
