I stayed at Nature for the second time earlier this month. The staff are outstanding - friendly and always eager to help. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The garden is delightful and was a very pleasant place to spend time eating a delicious breakfast. Will definitely stay again!

From the moment you arrive, you are treated not just as a guest, but as part of the family. Christine and Hugh, the owners, go above and beyond to ensure you feel welcome. Every time they see you, they take a moment to check in, share recommendations, and engage in warm, friendly conversations. Their passion for hospitality is truly remarkable. The entire staff is just as wonderful as the owners. A special mention to Sierra at the restaurant and the friendly reception team, who made every interaction a pleasure. If you're looking for a warm and personal experience, Nature Kigali is the perfect choice. I have never experienced such hospitality anywhere else.
