As a person who has been to many places before, this place gave me one of the worst customer care experiences I have ever experienced. Too bad it came straight from the manager. Please change the manager. The place is dope, but customer care matters. Communication and how we communicate matter. I had to cancel an accommodation plan.

It's a cool and very fine to hang out per day and night! They have good and humble waiters and waitresses!

It is such a shame that this beautiful place has horrible customer service worsening from day 1 all the way to day 4. Disappointing to order for fresh juice and what you get is overly diluted and obviously not fresh.

On arrival, No hostess come to great, nor show me the table nor gave me any support. I approached 2 pretty girls but rude and whispering at the reception, I had to wait for a hour to get served. Resort need to hire girls who are polite and know whats customer care is all about. First impressions of employees not good. Place is great and romanic. Those ladies ruined my day

Servers not very serious. If you are not careful they add yr bill without shame.

Great chilled vibes, an awesome getaway from the city's hustle and bustle. The food was great too, I could eat their vegetable fried rice 10 times over, the pork ribs and chops were also scrumptious!

Reservation was done for lunch, as we arrived, nothing was ready and no one to meet and great. Paper menu not available, you had to scan to get the menu. After finally ordering food, it took more than two hours only for the food to arrive with one order missing (out of kuku). Steak was like rubber. We eventually called the manager who pretended to be absent, but she was around! After a confrontation and complaint , all staff and manager disappeared. No one to see us off after such a disappointing experience! Never again! Avoid this place

What a lovely precious stone in the middle of nowhere! On my way here I never imargined I will find such a beautiful 😍 place in Bunju! Very clean, beautiful garden, the cleanest pool in around with comfort and dry changing rooms. The place is very cool and service is classy 👌. The servers are as cool as the place itself. Highly recommended for lunch and dinner with the families, it's a breath-away of town noises. Will definitely come again guys! Keep it up !
