Employees are very unfriendly. I do not drink water when I am in a long term stay. If possible, go somewhere else. This is garbage.

It's a quite good place with calm environment. It had a good parking area.it has good banking services.

They don't have any idea regarding hygiene issues. They are just look at your face. if you say to them, my room needs cleaning, that time they will clean the room and change the bed sheets, otherwise you will see how much dirty on your bedsheets, you will be in shock.. My advise is bring your own bed sheets always keep them with you and Urgently buy a DETOL and clean everywhere yourself (it is very strong product so add water for mix it. 1/20 rate). Most of time, there is no water at least when I was there. Also water comes with mudy. At the end, They are nice people and have a big smile.. Outside of hotel, only some great gardening arts, that's it.

In desperate need of cleaners and customer service training. The receptionist was extremely unpleasant . She told my colleague and I to stop complaining and to stop bothering her ...Shocking ! The following are issues we encountered that apparently we should have kept quiet about : Issue #1 - I was offered a room with an extremely dirty toilet , I started vomiting as a result .The manager saw the toilet and changed my room immediately. Thank you Mr manager but why was the toilet dirty in the first place ??? Issue #2 - My colleague's toilet was leaking whenever she flushed , they promised to change her room but then later refused , made her wait outside while the plumber tried to fix it. Issue #3 - My colleagues bed sheets were dirty with fresh stain , requested for them to be changed , receptionist refused said there's nothing she could do about it until the next day .because she didn't want the manager to think she was the one who slept on them, SMH . Issue #4- My room did not have toilet paper , requested a roll from the receptionist , I was met with huffs and puffs of 'why are you bothering us so much '. We Tanzanians still have a long way to go .

Nice place with yamyam food and good accommodation

Friendly and similing personels. But unfotunetly that is all. Be ready to see interesting beetle before you enter to bathroom.

Room quite clean and staff friendly. Breakfast included is flexible with needs of customers.

A nice highway sleep over place. Cozy and nice room services. Hot shower and reasonable price.

Cozy environment good for dinner dates and small parties.

Worst service, just two or 3 foods on the menu, unfriendly staff and no attention to personal customer requests despite paying for room service
