Many things in my room were broken or damaged. For example, the hose next to the toilet leaked constantly and left a puddle on the floor. There were also quite a few bugs in my room each day. Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable, which was frustrating because I was here for a week of work conferencing with colleagues. The worst thing of all was the construction noise. It was SO LOUD at all hours of the day. Forget trying to sleep past 6:30am. Sometimes my walls were shaking from the severity of the construction on the floor above me. Also, I was walking on a path to my room when a brick nearly hit me in the head as an employee was sweeping the roof on a building bordering the walking path. Overall, I would not recommend. You can find much nicer hotels for the same price or less in Kigali.

May 2023 Stayed at the grazia apartment and it was beyond expectations room are spacious and service are at top of their best knowing it is not a chain hotel except the internet wasn’t reliable

A very nice place always , and has most facilities required to relax and enjoy a hotel/apartment, weather for business or leisure.

The internet service was non existent, which is a bit suprising for a place that seems to host business clients. Tried complaining about it, complaints fell on deaf ears, decided to vent on this review. Internet is very affordable in Rwanda, seems the hotel is just not aware of its necessity for clients coming for business or they just can’t be bothered to upgrade. This totally clouded all the other great service. Otherwise Rwanda is a very clean country, loved that about it!!

I had a pleasant stay at this value-driven hotel. The accommodations were clean and the location was convenient. The hotel/Apartment's attention to cleanliness and detail was evident during my stay, which made me feel comfortable. The hotel/Apartment's is situated just a 10-minute walk away from Kigali Heights shopping area and the Convention Center, making it easy to explore de city. It offered a good balance between business and leisure during my visit. Overall, this hotel provides good value and quality. If you're looking for a well-maintained and conveniently located place to stay in Kigali, I would recommend considering this cost-effective option. The place is good for short stay. Breakfast (buffet) is good. Only had pizza in the evening, didn’t suit my tastebuds. Forget about sleeping early on a Friday. The noise from live band drove me crazy!! Internet connectivity was a nightmare. Driver didn’t picks up on time from the airport. Also had to wait about 30 min for him to drive us to the airport. Needless to say I won’t return.

I booked a room months in advance and confirmed the reservation multiple times. Then 36 hours before I am supposed to arrive they send me an email saying "Unfortunately, we are fully booked and we are not able to honour your reservation". That's it - no offer to help, no alternatives. There is a large event taking place this week and now I'm left without a room and will most likely need to cancel my trip. Don't trust your vacation or business trip with them.

Very nice place with a view of part of the hills of Kigali, very good service but the internet connection unsatisfactory. It's a big improvement point but for the rest it's perfect.

The pool here is excellent, as are the staff. Our room was large with modern furnishings. The bathroom had a really powerful shower. Our room had a balcony that had a great view of the city. This place is a great option if you are visiting Kigali.

Very clean and neat. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and the bed is super comfortable. Working space is great. I can recommend it as a relaxing small hotel with everything you need, away from the crowds

Grazia Apartments is truly a home away from home. They are the definition of hospitality. The management is flexible and will accommodate your requests as much as they can. Their manager- Pascal- will take good care of you. We also found the services of their housekeepers quite commendable - hardworking and meticulous. It is a very good place for long stay especially if you intend to cook your own meals. Highly recommend.
