A beautiful cafe in the middle of the park. Offers both indoor and outdoor seating area. Would recommend choosing the outdoor seating area as you can see the beautiful park. We ordered the lunch special - salmon, as well as hot chocolate and waffle. While the salmon was disappointing (quite bland), the hot chocolate and waffles were delicious. The service staff were very friendly too. Would visit again next time at night to chill

It's nice that a huge Ukrainian flag hangs at the entrance to the building. But it seems a little strange that you turned down a group of people from Ukraine who wanted to sit on the terrace, order drinks and eat eggs and their Easter cake for Orthodox Easter. Could you tell us exactly how you support Ukraine and people from this country? If you weren't going to support them, maybe you shouldn't have placed a huge Ukrainian flag at the entrance to your restaurant?

A nice place with outdoors and indoors seating. The service is nice and fast, the food is good, and the location is amazing.sometimes they even have a live band in the outdoors area, but there is a defined schedule for that. Animal friendly place. And they also have English menu.

It's one of those places you have to visit in Kiel during summer. Nice seat arrangement both inside and outside, quick service and tasty food. We ordered pulled pork burger 🍔 and Scandinavian fire salmon, waffle with cherry, they were really tasty and well made. Definitely recommend.

Nice place to meet some friends. However, the acoustics in the main room don't permit for easy conversations. Another downside is that you have to walk through the smoking area to get inside - not appropriate in 2023.

We went there for lunch with our dog. Lovely food and ambience! Very authentic! Would go back again.

The food quality is not as expected or at least there are many better suggestions in Kiel but it is a beautiful bier garden in the middle of cute park.

Drinks were nice and reasonable price and waitress was friendly. Outside smelt strongly of cigarettes though which was a downer. Pretty location though!

My favorite place to go when visiting Kiel. Very good menu and decent prices. Food is absolutely delicious. I like to sit outside if possible and enjoy the forrest around me. Tipp the waiters they are not used to that and are super happy when you do. I tipp the usual 15 to 20%_they deserve it! They are trying to accomadate you wherever they can. No matter if for you or the kids and grandkids! Also very unusual for Germany!!! Believe me - I've seen the negative far too often with other restaurants or stores.

Decent variety of dishes and beer to choose from. The food was filling and tasty.

Generous portions in both drinks and food! My burger was delicious! The waitress that tended our table was really attentive and friendly! My only issue was the cold... Corona times are hard but maybe a couple more heating machines? All in all a great meal with a nice view of the park!
