Quintessence:
Everything
that
my
friends
and
I
ordered
was
a
bit
stale
(drinks,
entree,
main
course).
Everything
lacked
flavour
in
the
form
or
spices,
sugar,
or
salt.
The
ingredients
of
all
of
our
dishes
on
the
other
hand
were
of
great
quality
and
the
fish
was
cooked
on
point
and
very
juicy.
The
service
was
kind
of
semi
professional
-
partly
polite,
partly
rude.
In
detail:
My
friends
and
I
went
to
this
restaurant
on
a
Sunday.
We
arrived
approximately
4:30
pm.
We
had
to
wait
in
line
before
we
could
enter
the
restaurant.
At
the
reception
we
were
checked
according
to
2G-Plus
rules
and
we
were
asked
if
we
had
a
reservation.
Since
we
had
no
reservation
we
were
told
that
we
could
stay
until
about
6:00
pm
only.
We
were
led
into
the
second
room
at
the
back
of
the
restaurant.
That
time
we
were
the
only
guests
back
there,
but
soon
after
like
5-10
minutes
later
another
two
tables
were
occupied
by
other
guests.
We
placed
our
order
within
5-10
minutes
or
so
and
got
our
drinks
pretty
fast.
We
all
decided
for
"Hausgemachte
Limo
Durstlöscher"
which
tasted
like
plain
sparkling
water
with
just
a
pinch
of
flavour.
It
definitely
lacked
ingredients
like
syrup
or
anything
to
make
it
taste
like
something
else
than
plain
water.
In
addition
I
ordered
the
"Schilkseer
Fischsuppe
(klein)"
as
an
entree
and
the
"Seelachsfilet"
as
main
course.
The
ingredients
were
of
really
good
quality
and
the
fish
was
cooked
on
point.
It
was
still
very
juicy.
The
fishsoup,
the
fish,
the
mashed
potatoes
lacked
spices
or
salt.
It
all
tasted
a
bit
stale.
I
am
not
quite
sure,
but
I
guess
the
beetroot
side
dish
was
flavoured
with
truffle
oil,
which
I
did
not
enjoy
at
all.
The
portion
of
my
main
dish
was
very
sufficient.
While
we
were
still
waiting
for
our
food
the
other
guests
in
the
room
all
received
a
bamboo
steamer
filled
with
bread
and
a
portion
of
lard.
The
only
guests
who
did
not
get
a
bamboo
steamer
were
my
friends
and
I.
So
when
we
got
our
main
dishes
I
asked
the
service
if
that
bread
was
a
special
dish
on
the
menu
or
if
one
had
to
order
a
special
dish
to
get
bread
beforehand.
The
service
denied
and
told
us
that
it
was
the
kitchen's
decision
to
give
out
steamers
filled
with
bread.
They
wouldn't
know
what
time
the
kitchen
starts
giving
out
bread.
I
found
that
circumstance
pretty
odd
and
the
service's
reaction
a
bit
rude,
because
we
arrived
only
5-10
minutes
earlier
than
the
other
guests
in
the
room
and
the
service
could
have
asked
the
kitchen
for
another
steamer,
but
they
didn't.
And
when
I
addressed
the
service
about
us
being
the
only
table
without
bread,
they
would
start
to
argue
instead
of
apologising
and
bringing
us
a
steamer.
In
the
end
I
had
to
specifically
ask
if
we
could
also
get
bread.
The
restaurant's
interior
resembles
a
canteen,
but
everything
including
the
men's
bathroom
was
clean
and
tidy.
The
service
was
mediocre.
I
gave
this
restaurant
4
stars,
because
I
cannot
give
half
stars,
otherwise
I
would
have
given
this
restaurant
3,5
stars.
But
because
of
the
great
quality
of
the
ingredients
and
because
the
entree,
main
dishes,
and
side
dishes
were
cooked
so
much
on
point
I'd
rather
give
4
stars
than
3.
